STAY AWAY. 1. They committed credit card fraud by adding a $5 tip when I paid a cash tip. Now the total tip was $10. I would go somewhere else unless you want to have to keep an eye out for your credit card charges. 2. They committed fraud under Colorados Deceptive Trade Practices: C.R.S. 6-1-105 (i) Advertises goods, services, or property with intent not to sell them as advertised; Offered a $7.99 pizza with an upgrade for a specialty for $3 more. There was no way to get this offer and they charged me over $26. 3. The regional "manager", Larry, defended both of the above practices whilst treating me like I was in the wrong. After sending my Notice Of Intent, I offered a settlement and he declined. I still havent received a refund. I hope he ran his summary judgement by his legal team, or someone with some sense, first. 4. Larry banned me from "his" store instead of handling HIS fraudulent behavior. 5. The pizza was cold and had nearly zero cheese....unlike BlackjackPizza....always hot...always LOTS of cheese. I love social media...it gives us a voice. I WOULD STAY AWAY. To the franchise owner, I would complain to the corporate office. They DO NOT have your back...particularly Larry. They are driving your customers away and also deciding if you should go to court or not. You need to discipline your employees for their fraudulent behavior.

9/1/17 came to Pizza Hut to eat with my son. Walked in the door and stood there for 5 minutes before a employee named Antoinette asked "what I want", let her know we would like to order the lunch buffet. We were told it would be 10 minutes before pizza was done and lunch buffet was open. I asked "if we could grab a salad" since its on buffet what to make sure its open. Antionette looked at me like I smacked her mom the cross eyed mean mug was real and the eggagersted eye roll matched the attitude and gossip we could hear coming from her out of the kitchen. I would address the manager but I just over heard her cussing at another employee about a text message from the day before. Pizza was not even warm for it being 11:05 and its been served for 5 minutes and the attitude of the whole staff really leaves a not so delicious impression on the food. Dont ask for more water you wont get it. I suggest a whole re staffing at this location the whole bunch of apples is bad. Rarely would I suggest re staffing an entire facility (I consulte for a living) but this is the only opinion for improvement or close. Thanks for the bad experience we wont be back and we wont encourage our friends or family to dine here.

I placed an order for honey bbq wings and other items. When I got home I began to eat my wings and noticed the inside was raw, bloody and completely uncooked. I picked open the other wings and noticed every single one was the same way. I couldnt believe I was served raw bloody food. I could receive salmonella or E. coli! I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Was placed on hold for over 10 min so I hung up and called again. My call was picked up but no one said anything and then I was hung up on. Called again and was sent to a message system. Called 2 more times and same thing. I decided to drive to the store. I brought my wings to show them. They refunded my wings but I feel like something more should be done. You CANNOT serve your customers raw bloody uncooked food. That is a major health code violation. I hope something is done to make sure this does not happen again.

Called for delivery (which we always do) and the guy took all of my information down and my order and told me it was going to be an hour wait... Less than five minutes later I get a call from their customer service that the store called them to say my house is too far. Apparently 4 miles is just too far for them to deliver! Except in the past it hasnt been an issue. Now customer service is telling me that there is no Pizza Hut that delivers to my neighborhood. Guess our business is going to Dominos!! I hope the guy that took my call this evening sees this and feels ridiculous because instead of telling me on the phone he couldnt deliver to me he chickened out and called his corporate office to have them call me all because he is too lazy to drive 4 miles!!!!

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS WITH! My Mother and I were very astonished at how disrespectful and unhelpful the manager... THE MANAGER was. We came by to get about 8 boxes of pizza for my brother who is special needs and just wanted to have pizza for him and his classmates. The overall vibe of the manager was toxic! The woman dared to glare at my mother who was very calm and even smiling when ordering. My Mother was the most patient in that establishment and I have never been more upset to watch as the manager approached her with such viciousness. We vowed to never... I mean NEVER step a foot in that place EVER again! I wish I could give this 0 stars!

THE WORST PIZZA PLACE AND IVE NEVER EVEN BEEN TO THEIR RESTAURANT!! Weve tried their delivery time and time again, have had about 4 pizzas replaced... Under done, over done, wrong pizza, no sauce... We have given them so many chances because we like stuffed crust lol. This last time was the last straw. I was just furious. Our pizza was RAW DOUGH with toppings!!! Like literally had to stretch it to pull the pieces apart and they only budged because they were cut. Now that Im reading reviews of how nasty their restaurant is makes me sick. Im disgusted, and I will NEVER eat here again!!!! Someone needs to burn it down and start over. THE EMPLOYEES SUCK TOO!!!!!!

This place is a waste of money and disgusting. The pizza was completely raw! I had to continue cooking the pizza at my home. Plus there were ingredients randomly on my pizza that I did not ask for and the breadsticks were rock hard. Because of this I am iffy to even eat anything from this place. If they dont care about the product they serve to their customer, then I would imagine they dont properly take care of anything at that location. I wouldnt even rate this place a single star if I had the choice. The customer service is absolutely terrible, hanging up when I tried to complain. I hope no one wastes their time and money here.

I go there atleast once a week and everytime i go its nothing but positive vibes from the worker at the front and the cashier. The pizza is always cooked perfectly and the wings from wingstreet are heaven. If you ever come across this pizza palace then i suggest you go in and order bone out buffalo medium wings they are my favorite food ever! Best restraunt in Brighton.Nothing wrong with this place all the other reviews must be crazy to think that this place is 1 star worthy if I could i would give it 100 stars. This is the best food in town and i will never change my mind.

Well horrible customer service . They did not make my pizza the way I asked . Also forgot to being the extra sauce I paid for . When I called the young lady on the phone got an attitude as if I was calling for a hand out . When you order your pizza the way you want it ...and pay for it that way , and dont recive it as such. Then last thing you expect is an attitude . All you had to do is offer a dicount next time . Well as often as we ordered here. We will no longer give our money to the companies lacking in customer service skills!!
