Ive never experience such an incompetent bunch of apathetic staff working in one place than I did today at this Qdobe. At 3 hours until close, they ran out of rice, yet tried to push their customers into still ordering their food without it, yet not compensating with other ingredients to make up for it. I asked how they could run out of rice, and the girl taking my order gave me a confused look and said "I dont know." Someone came from the back and said the rice will be replaced in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, they say itll be 15 more minutes... 15 minutes later they say 20 more minutes... and even after people poured in and were waiting they just continued their nonchalant attitude. I asked why they keep pushing off the rice, and I get another confused look and a head shake. RICE DOESNT TAKE THAT LONG!!! The manager of that store should be embarrassed. Save your money and go to Five Guys across the mall complex...

SO FAR IN BAYONNE, THIS QDOBA HAS FILLED UP ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. GREAT PEOPLE IN THERE WHO ARE ALWAYS SMILING, AND ALWAYS WILLING TO B PATIENT WITH US AS CUSTOMERS. LOVE THE FOOD. I have always been and always will be a Chipotle lover. However, my first time trying Qdoba and Im thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious with generous portions. Just wish the customer service was a little better. I told them it was my first time they didnt recommend anything,explain anything or nothing that would make my experience memorable. 4 stars overall, 5 stars for the lovely taco bowl.

When I first walked into this store it was really great. I did not know what to order so one of the saff members helped me out. The food was very good he said once you come here you will be hooked, he sure was right about that I love the food so much.

We have visited carvel store at bergen st harrison 2 times, and the experience was worst both the times. People at counter would not respond you properly and they show you attitute, specially when you go to buy somethin which is in offer.
