Iam here now , my grandpa decided he wanted to take our family out to eat here we came , we got here and there is no plates , no cups , no food literally all you can eat right now is mashed potatoes and macaroni which isnt even macaroni . Everything is cold , people are literally waiting in a line to get one plate ! We pay so we can have good service and for there to be food so why is there no food and no good service . Everyone is asking for the manager and they say she or he is washing the dishes its been 40 minutes and the manager hasnt came . People are asking for thier money back because of the service and because lack of food . NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN DONT COME HERE !! ITS A WAIST OF MONEY AND YOUR TIME !

@sarah Sandra came a manager at our store and guess what? she doing an awsome job doing her responsibilities at all times. Shes a hard working manager that puts things together and put co workers to work as a team.. you have no right to post this message on here instead coming to the store and tell her whats the problem you have ... Sandra didnt do or it did you wrong .. you apply here.. and got a job.. and she hired you you should thank her for hiring you at her store because of it wasnt for her you wouldnt have a job.. WATCH! one-day your going to come running to Sandra looking for a job.. and once that day comes remember what you post on here always remember the post..

Asquerosa mente desagradable. Las bandejas d comida vacías. Moscas en todos lados especialmente en los postres. Moscas en las mesas, y volando al por todas partes. Muy mal lugar no lo recomiendo es posible que si comes aquí t enfermos.

La comida es muy mala, la carne no estaba bien cocida, muy poca variedad y se acababa muy rápido y tardaban en poner más, una solo ocasión retiraron los platos sucios de la mesa y casi al final, muy mal servicio, se ve sucio.

Incompetent and uncaring management. i went there 30 min before the end of breakfast with a coupon. I finally got to the front of the line 25 min later and they told me that breakfast was over and I couldnt use the coupon. they only have 1 register working and the manager basically told me tough luck. the guy at the register said that I would have gotten there sooner. Who has to get to a restaurant sooner with a slow as molasses line ? So I went somewhere else.

Most unsanitary establishment I have ever visited. Bathrooms/sewage could smell down hallway, paper all over floors, trash overflowing. Sticky, dirty, unstocked food and beverage area. Many items were low and empty. Silverware soaked, no cups to drink out of..... 12-14 (not extremely busy either) un bussed tables, floor had stuff all over it everywhere. Seemed very understaffed......Health code needs to pay a visit and corporate.... T

Good place for a cheap buffet. $7.09 for all you can eat lunch! Hell yea Im down. American food and Mexican food basically. I love their mashed potato, spaghetti, coleslaw and sausages. My bf loves chicken wings here because he said it tastes exactly the same as KFC wings. He also loves carrot cake here. Well hes an eater so I always trust his gut. Its actually a good place. Not too crowded and totally does not look cheap.

I hacked the camera system on this website. I noticed that where the cook the chicken, it is one of the most disgusting thing ever. The employers would use old chicken and just wash it. That is disgusting. People here are eating old nasty chicken. I noticed a lot of disgusting stuff here. Though I cant see live video unless Im near the restraunt. Im speaking to the food inspectors about this. Might even sue them.

Since this might be the only way to get a hold of corporate nowadays I guess this will do. I am ex employee (thank god)of your corporation. Laid off like the other thousands. Which led to a greater job. Anyhow....the manager of this establishment ,Sandra, called my phone repeatedly today and was being extremely confrontational. I am beyond upset. And I will sue for harassment of she does this again. That is all.

Not even sure where to start. Customer service 0 , the restaurant was very dirty inside, bathrooms looked like a storm went by. And the food. Almost everything that we tried was cold and looked old . Will never return and will never recommend this place to anybody. For 40$ + will definitely get better quality food anywhere else. Soo disappointing.

Went there on Friday. Dirty and falling apart. The milk machine tab gets in the way of your cup and the milk runs off the tab into the cup. I stayed because my Mom was hungry. Went through 6 plates until I found a clean one. The handles on the serving utensils were DISGUSTING. They were wet, sticky. DONT waste your time going there.

The food looked dried and not appealing. Not much selection, and not too tasty, epecially for a buffet. Spoons and forks were dirty. Soda machine, dessert area and counters were visibly grimy and the whole dinning room area was looking real bad. Looks like the whole place could use a renovation. I would never eat there again.

Horrible customer service. Restrooms look like they havent been clean. My grandma went to the restroom and found a giant cacaroach, manager shrugged it off and decided 50% off our next visit was good enough. I would not recommend anyone step foot in this place. I would give it 0 stars but it does not allow me to do so.

I Love this place! I take my daughter there all the time. Our favorite time to go is during dinner or for breakfast The employees are all very nice. sometimes theres a family atmosphere or a quiet one it depends. The food is all delicious,the fruit & salad bar included I definitely would recommend Hometown Buffet !

Been coming here constantly and used to loved it until I decided to come on Sunday and is a mess , you are. lucky if you find a plate , fork or spoon, also 50% of the dishes are super dirty as well the spoons knifes and forks Wont be coming here anymore , super dirty dishes is not my thing .

Filthy and awful. There wasnt anything that looked appetizing and what we ate was dry and disgusting. I felt sorry for the employees. I felt they were doing their best with what they were given. The restaurant should be completely renovated or burned to the ground.

We have been back to hometown several times lately. The food was good - much improved - YAY. We really enjoyed the single serving pot roast & potatoes. The single serving deserts were also very good. You are on the right track Hometown!

Too many cries from children. Poor food quality. Too much noise to have a conversation. Rude employees.Cant walk because all tables and chairs are crowded. Their is rarely food and drinks. Not worth it.
