I had a chance to try Potbelly shortly after its opening. I was very pleased with the atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant has a nice open-air patio and a small area for live music. The ordering process was wonderful at the restaurant despite a long time. They have their process down to a science. The food here is outstanding. The meats on their sandwiches are higher quality than your standard sandwich shop fare. Cookies and Zapps chips complete the meal.

My first time visiting Potbelly and I will probably never spend a dime at another sandwich place! I was a little confused at first and Margaret walked me thru the menu, answered all my questions, and recommended the perfect sandwich. Let me tell you, she nailed it too! Great service and great prices have made me a customer for a long long time to come.

Customer service is fantastic here, I will say that. The owner is super, super nice! That being said, I gotta be honest about the food, and while its pretty good, its not anything too, too amazing. So, slightly overrated, Id say. But still a nice change of pace from the usual fast food places in Lubbock.

I eat here all the time. Every time Ive been there, its been prompt, friendly, and delicious. The portions are consistent, and they dont shake the spoon. Never had a problem with the food or drink. Add-ons, food and drink are all reasonably priced and I never feel like I didnt get what I paid like.

It is inexpensive and the customer service was great. The food was excellent I had a pizza sandwich, shake and a salad. They also had live music Tony had a chicken salad sandwich which he liked
