Slow, but decent service In 4 years of visiting this Jack in the Box location, Ive only once stepped inside the building to place an order. I probably wont be doing it again, but it is no reason to review harshly. Ive rarely found any fast food restaurant to be clean in the dinning area. For all the times that I have visited this location, the service has been good, but slow. Although, Ive come to expect that Jack in the Box restaurants are slow to serve at the Drive-Thru. This location tends to get a lot of late-night visitors who often place large orders from the Drive-Thru. And with a limited night-time staff, I can understand the slowness. It was told me once by the night shift manager that the owner was not interested in hiring more people. I will continue to visit this location, they are good at making the Jumbo Platter w/o meat, substituting more eggs or pancakes. Roughly 3 in 100 orders are wrong, thats a pretty good failure; rate 3%.

I always come to this location and theyre always on point, i came today and order 2 different meals and got the same sandwiches and well i called and they told me to go back and that they will replace my sandwich, they were very attentive both of the managers to bad i didnt get their name but i always see them there, anyways not only they replaced my order they let me take the sandwich that it was wrong and they put some fries too, awesome customer service if this thing had more stars i would give them more, great job to all the crew though very friendly as well!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION. It was the first one I went to that had the computer that you could order from to lessen interaction with the staff. However, SUSAN is hilarious and I enjoy order from her. She is very cheerful. Other than that, I highly recommend using the computer to order your food to customize your order for maximum deliciousness. Always clean. Might take some time to get food though because they are understaffed constantly but food still served hot.

Waited in line as the Manager (not one of the employees) goofed off with three of her friends that were "visiting". I was the only customer in the store. Ordered my food and took it back to the hotel only to find out that they didnt get it right and it was the ONLY order they had to work on. Idiots. Just idiots. Save yourself the trouble. Drive past this waste of space.

They charged me for the wrong order then said that my order was less. Since i wasnt sure what the price of my order was I accepted it but Im sure the overcharged me. It seemed like no one really knew what position they were working at, every one doing any thing. The person taking my order didnt seem to understand much English. Two stars because the milk shake was good.

Nice staff and food. They open late while drive through is 24 hours. Very convenient but the drive through is way too noisy at night. Very disturbing for the neighborhood. I wish the store could be related to somewhere further away from residential area. My family got food poisoned after eating here and we wont visit this location again.

Lol I ate so much food tough the people I was with ate more. The food was a bit burnt but it was not that bad in taste. It is hard to see this place now with all the apartments surrounding it though it still worth stoping by for a quick meal since not many people stop by. Though I still wish my uncle worked here.

Ive been here over 30 times and every time it starts to register a little bit that Im one of their good repeat customers. I like this place and jack in the boxs food is pretty good. Try their teriyaki rice bowl, two tacos and a spicy chicken. Curly fries at all of the j-in-the-bs are hit or miss.

Stuff is rude but not all of them it looks they are hiring better traing people because i been going her for more then 7 years cuz i live near by and i dont go every day but u can tell how it change they use to forget always something from my order now they doing better...

Legit worst jack in the box Ive been to. Employees act like you arent worth the time of day, the food always takes twice as long to get, and is always burnt and cold (which I thought was impossible). Will never go here again.

My order was wrong and onto that i received none of my burgers did not realize till I was home and when I call no one answers....it just rings and rings so irritating $16 for two med fries and drinks!!!!

I called them to place an order, and they like put me on hold for 5minutes! wtf. so i like hang up, and then call them back and ended up hearing a busy line tone. OMFG! ruined my mood.
