GO TO CAFE BRAZIL ITS CHEAPER AND CLOSER AND HAS BETTER SERVICE AND IS FAMILY FRIENDLY. Went to eat with a couple of friends here tonight. Our actual server was so pleasant and kind. My husband and I ordered our meals and since they offered no kids menu we asked if they could make us a cheese quesadilla for our toddler to snack on (which we do at restaurants all of the time and is always cheap). We obviously assumed like any reasonable person that some bread and cheese would be cheap. That was not the case. When we received our check his small cheese quesadilla cost us $10.00 (more than both I and my husbands meals). I asked our server if this could be corrected and was told that since they did not offer a plain cheese quesadilla on the menu that they would have to charge us for a regular one with all of the fixings and sides but that he would talk to the manager and agreed it was pricey. The manager confronted me non plussed and blatantly offered us no other option. The problem could have easily been solved by deducting the price of the quesadilla which would have been the proper thing to do seeing as every other restaurant would never charge a person $10.00 for some shitty cheese and breading. I found it very insulting and could not even bring myself to tip our very kind waiter. Management here cares nothing for its customers. We will not be eating here ever again due to this mistreatment. We were not properly warned that our childs meal would be insanely overpriced and they refused to correct this. Its a shame because our burgers were actually pretty great. This is not a family friendly environment.

I had the most shockingly rude customer service experience of my life here. We came into the coffee shop somewhere between 12 to 1 pm. It was pretty empty then, since most people were still out at the bars and clubs. My friends picked a table which looked like it just hadnt been bussed yet (empty coffee cups, empty plates). We sat down and a waitress came flying over. She slammed her hands down on the table and leaned over. "People are still sitting here if you couldnt tell!" she snapped. She pushed herself off the table and flew back to the area behind the coffee bar. We were so stunned we thought it was a joke at first and then realized she was serious. We actually looked around to find who the people were, because we didnt see anyone who didnt seem to already be seated. Did all four of them go to the bathroom at once? How should we guess that? A friendly "Oh, that table is still occupied" would have been fine, everyone would have had a laugh, apologized, and moved over a table. I cannot emphasize enough how aggressive and hostile her face and body language were. We just left, it was beyond the pale. She should be ashamed by how she treats people.

I used to love the hippy miss piggy crepe. It used to have flavor. I dont know what has happened but it is NOT the same. The meat they put inside of it now has no flavor. The sauce used to be so good. Now bland. This dish was the only thing I would order because it was delicious. The service has always been slow. There were three tables of people. Total of customers, 8. Including myself and daughter. Took 10 minutes for waitress to come over to get drink order. Then the coffee was all out! The one flavor that was full was Luke yucky warm! I asked if these could be filled. 20 minutes later she fills them. I guess her talking with cooks and on phone was more important than checking on costumers, and doing her job! Very dissapointed on how food quality has dropped. I put up with horribly slow service in past because the food was worth the wait, but never again. Ive been back 2 times before today, hoping it was just a fluke. But after 3 times of changed food and horrible service, I wont be back. Maybe Ill try their other location in Lakeview area. Maybe its standards are better and my favorite dish taste like it should. Fingers crossed!

Worst experience ever. The hostess was the most rudest young lady I have ever met. We were here for Mothers Day and she absolutely made me not want to ever come to Buzzbrews Kitchen ever again. She had a rude attitude. My whole family of 6 noticed her attitude. If you are a Hispanic family do not bother to stop here and dine. I thought it was 2015 and we were rid of racism. They removed our plates without asking if we were done and immediately seated a white family that only waited for five minutes while we waited for 30 minutes to get assisted. I am really disgusted. They literally just pushed us out as if we were dogs. Ive never been so upset with customer service as I was today. Only come here if you are white.

O.m.G Wesleys presence was known from the moment I walked in. Some probiotic whatchamacallit drink was just what I needed. Then Came Josh wth the smooth as duck s**t customer service. I felt appreciated and comfortable. So dont have timen to eat, public transit waits for no one! I couldnt think of a better way to spend my time. And for a steal! With it being the Saturday before Halloween, and me hoping into the hot seat as a business owner (all pictures donated from 0dylic 3ffigy LLC.) T was a memorable evening that I have very faith will be a corner stone in my business. As I hope a hand up in yours! Give it up for @BuZZBrewS Deep Ellum!!!

Sooooo... as I am new to uber eats I am not new to buzzbrews, and let me tell you they did not disappoint this morning. Every time my girlfriend and I eat there we are disappointed by the quality of the food or service we recieve. Well this morning we ordered breakfast with pancakes. The food comes and there are two orders of fat pancakes and butter but no syrup. When we call to notify them of this, they try to blame the uber driver!!! Yea well if you are high or drunk and dont care about your order being correct then by all means go for it. If your not and want your monies worth or proper service then I strongly encourage you to go elsewhere

A great alternative to places like iHop and Dennys. Better quality and menu selection. The spicy chicken soup is like a tortilla soup with lots of chicken and was super delicious and just the right amount of spicy. The regular pancakes were perfect, although I must say the banana nut pancakes where noticeably undercooked. We also had bacon, of course. On the thick end and not too soft, not too crispy-- just right. Waitress was legit and held it down even though it appeared something stressful was going on behind the scenes. Apparently the entire kitchen staff walked out that night. Im glad we at least got to eat before that happened, lol.

The food is always on-point, the atmosphere is delightful, and the coffee flows like wine. This is the kind of place where you can bring your 1-year-old or your 90-year-old, or just meet up with a couple adult friends for adult drinks. The crepes are their specialty. They have a vegetarian option, a decidedly not vegetarian option, and all things in between. Its a very laid back environment filled with friendly people. And even though Im not a big coffee drinker, their coffee bar/buffet always has at least one kind I cannot stop drinking.
