It may look a little beat up on the outside, but the sushi here is so good! They put a lot of effort in decorating and showmanship of the plates. The sushi has good portion sizes, and fair prices. I feel as though the sushi was not the most fresh it could have been, but thats probably because we came in on the day before the fresh delivery. I had read in one of the reviews that the customer service was poor, and Id like to point out I felt very much the opposite of that. Wait staff greeted us immediately as we entered, and every 8 min or so would ask us how we were doing and if we needed anything else. All in all a very pleasant experience! I recommend going here for sushi for sure

Absolutely best sushi in Waterbury! So happy to have found this place! After have moveing to Waterbury from New Haven we need to find a decent sushi place. We tried a few which ended up being sub par. Red Corner hands down has been the best! Super fresh and delicious this place has earned 5 stars. Had 6 different rolls and loved every one. We had takeout which is saying even more. Cant wait to go here for a sit down, the decor was trendy and inviting. THANK YOU RED CORNER FOR OFFERING AMAZING SUSHI!!!

Red Corner has the Asian fusion game on lock down here. Arguably THE best place for Asian fusion food here in CT. Dont let the outside of the restaurant fool you, the inside is fancy, the staff is friendly, the drinks are delicious and the food is out of this world! Make sure to order some of their special rolls. The chefs put a long time and a lot of energy crafting beautiful sushi that sets the standards for Asian fusion. We will be back and were bringing all our friends

A lovely, modern-style, "hip" restaurant specializing in asian cuisine. The employees are foreign and dont offer forks, as per tradition, so communication can be an issue. When it first opened, there were little candles at each tables, and a flower or two. Prices are moderate. Service is great. Food is phenomenal! Any type of sushi youd want, and fantastic desserts. Definitely worth a try, but you might feel underdressed when you get there - its very chic.

This is one of the best Asian Restaurant Ive ever visited. Their good is amazing! Anything you get will taste good. I dislike noddle but I ate some at this place and I ate the whole thing. Their sushi is out of this world! So many great selections, best sushi I ever had in my life. Their price is very reasonable and their restaurant looks so fancy and just well kept. The food is ok, BUT the service is not acceptable! The manager on the front desk is extremely rude to the point that she start yelling at the customers because she did not understand their request, although we are regular customers. Im calling corporate and my lawyer because I felt really humiliated and disrespected to the point that I left the place angry and upset. And Im looking forward to sue them.

Sit at the bar if you can. Chefs are great guys, and put together beautiful dishes. If its slow, they like to give visitors tastes of new creations. We had a tempura white tuna dish that was amazing! Sashimi was excellent, specialty roll was excellent, service was super friendly and fast. Ill be back many many times

I stopped by here for a late lunch when I was in the area. So glad I did! I was able to get a Lunch Box with 4 pieces of sushi, pad thai, rice , salad and miso soup all for $7.95. Good deal. The staff was very friendly. The decor is very nice. Would make for a nice date night place.

The renamed to MiZou (not sure how to spell it) fall of 2012, but its still under the same ownership. They have Amazing food - Ive never been disappointed. My boyfriend and I go there at least 1-2 times per month. They have a very nice staff as well.
