Being a former employee, you can say I am a bit biased, but will admit that the food quality has improved since I last worked for them over 20 years ago. I think of all the hamburger joints, Jack-In-The Box has the better quality of all. I also know they have more experimental and high end burgers compared to Wendys or McDonalds. Tonight, I opted for some chicken strips and egg rolls. The egg rolls and chicken strips are nothing spectacular. Their Tacos can be a bit flat (I prefer the Taco Bell style) but I find it more flavorful than Taco Bell. Service is nothing special and nothing worth noting but then again, its expected.

I came through the drive thru, and placed my order. Then when i got to the first window and paid, the gentleman with the long hair asked if I wanted any sauce. I asked for hot sauce and he said ok. I left and had no sauce in my bag. So i came back to get hot sauce and some heavy set woman said they ran out.... wtf.... how do you have tacos with no hot sauce??? And why didnt the gentleman tell me that before i left? Worst customer service ever!

My son open his jr bacon burger and there was a staple on top. I called and complianed they offer me another one, however Im not interested at all. Why would I drive all the way back for a $1.39? How about I will never eat from there again!

Pretty standard fast food joint, clean, food is as good as you pay for but service is good, they messed up my order and were prompt in letting me know and making my food fresh. The free drink for the wait was unnessecary but appreciated.

The slowest jack in the box on the planet. I am the only one there in the drive thru and the inside is completely empty. Why does it take 10min to get one iced tea? Not the first time this has happened at this location.
