My letter to wingstop Kingwood This is about 3 visits - 9/30, 10/14, and 11/5. All orders placed online to pick up in store and take home. On 9/30 and 10/14, I placed the order and my spouse picked it up on the way home. 9/30 we were missing all drinks and one order of fries. On 10/14 we were missing 2 orders of fries. We usually order the combos. Since my spouse is picking up, he trusts that what is given is what we ordered. Everything is tightly packaged, so no way to verify without unpackaging everything. On 10/14, it was the second time missing items (that we PAID for), so I called at about 8 pm. After finally getting to talk to someone (a male), I relayed the two incidents and gave him the online order numbers to verify. He told me he wrote everything down and the next time we come into the store he will "comp" me those items. (Comp me? I did already pay for them - youre taking my money and not giving me anything is like theft.) The challenge we have is that we order combos online (already come with drink and fries (or supposed to). So we ordered online on 11/5/ We went into the store and I wanted to talk to someone about how that would work - not for that day but so I can get "comped" for the next order. The guy (bearded, "shift manager") said he doesnt have anything in his system about me or my issue. I said maybe you have a book or something, because I gave a lot of details and the guy on the phone said he would have it down for the next time we came in. Bearded shift manager said no such book exists and I would have to talk to the manager....but hes on vacation until next week so call him then. He only works during the day and week days (coincidentally we only come in to eat at night and weekends). So i asked that the manager, instead, call me. I left a long message on paper and gave to bearded shift manager. I also suggested that, if the only person empowered to make customer decisions is on vacation, that the shift manager be empowered to make decisions, because the fate of their business rides on doing right by the people who make your salary possible and whose money you have already taken and have given nothing in return. He also told me that the online system is in no way connected to their system, so he cant see what I ordered. I insisted that there must be some way, because I am here with partial orders and you have my money. He was raising his voice at me telling me that there is nothing he will or wants to do for me and I will have to talk to the manager. Well, the letter to manager on vacation had my contact information included, I requested a call upon his return on last tuesday. Because I am writing to you now, it must be obvious that manager did NOT call me. You have my money. I just want what I ordered and did not receive (or the value of those items returned), and I will never darken a WingStop door again. Theres plenty of competition to have to go through this. Im not rich and wings arent cheap (for some weird reason). I initially talked up this Kingwood location to the via social media - because the Humble location is too busy and dirty, but am inclined to change those postings. Why? These three experiences. And (check our online orders) we order extra crispy fries and extra well-done wings (so we dont end up with the floppy, flaccid chicken skin) and that has been very inconsistently delivered. Bearded shift manager is usually nice, but its easy to be nice when things are going well. Its a testament to customer service skills when things dont go as expected for the paying customers and they are willing to speak up about it.

I have always gone to location for my lunch break. I always order online to pickup. Today I placed an order online 3 hours in advance ( I have done this before) to be picked up at 6:15. When I got there at 6:21pm. My food was not ready. They told me that they were waiting for my food to finish

Ordered the 8 boneless wings and got chicken nuggets smaller than a dime and oversauced. It took them 20 minutes to prepare them and the cost was $8 plus with taxes. McDonalds nuggets are better, bigger and cheaper and I hate McDonalds. Will never come back to this place ever again.

This location is far superior to others in the area. They are friendly, quick and always get the order correct. After having a less than great experience in Atascocita, we have been stopping here when in the area and I have never had anything but a great experience.

The food was absolutely disgusting. Our wings were so badly burnt we couldnt eat them and threw them out. They were dripping with grease and crispy burnt. The fries were soggy and cold. The worst $25 Ive ever spent in my lifetime. I will never return to this store.

I got here at 10:30pm on a friday night and they wont let us sit in the tables cause "they just got robbed" how is us eating standing up going to stop that from happening? So here we are eating standing up, great!

Staff was nice, food was correct and now the location new location is about 1 mile from my home. I hope the service stays consistent. Updated review, staff is very friendly orders have still come out correct.

The food quality was excellent! The staff is super cool shout out to Marc and Victoria. I probably drive past 2-3 other wing places but i dont care it is most definitely worth the drive.
