Last night was my second time in a week going to Cara Mia. I love that Cara Mia has so many reasonably priced choices. This is real authentic Italian food. Everything is made to order, fresh, and delicious. You start with homemade bread and water as soon as you arrive. Both times I have been there this week I ordered the specials. One was homemade eggplant pasta with veggies and shrimp. I am allergic to dairy so they subbed the cream sauce for me to marinara with no problem which was awesome. Some places in NYC dont substitute. Last night I had the stuffed chicken with mozz cheese and spinach. It was amazing!!!! My only complaint is that I wish there were more beer choices. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are going before a show.

My husband and I went to this restaurant tonight and we really appreciated the Server, ASHLEY as well as the quality of food and drinks. Ashley was VERY accommodating to my husbands food allergy and gave all alternatives, as well as informing us of the kitchens flexibility. Their Lemon Cello shots were huge! House wine was very good! After, I ordered a drink that was too strong and Ashley switched it out with out any problems. Food was so great, from appetizer to desert. We saw large groups and small (couples)... we were pleased to see the variety of accommodations at a smaller restaurant. To top it off- ASHLEY informed us of their sister location that we will be sure to try out! :) :) :)

Service was deplorable. Thinking about bringing a child? Think again. Got my own drink at the bar and had to go to the bar to get my second (about 45 miutes later) because the waiter was nowhere to be found. Inital thought was everyone was pleasant and decor nice so whod to think the service would be as terrible as it was. For the food to be that expensive, youd expect the service to be superb. Had to take the food out (slightly difficult to entertain a 19month old for >1hour with no food) and definitely not enough to write home about for an $80 tab. Never again.

Attended some friends anniversary dinner there Saturday evening and everyone had a great time. The food & service was exceptional and they treated us very well even though they were dealing with their regular customers at the same time and the place was busy. I had the sea bass special that they cook inside aluminum foil with various spices & chopped vegetables.It confused me at first but was very tasty once opened. Try their iced cappuccino, with or without dessert, as it is exceptional. It was an especially nice treat during the recent Africa heat wave.

To start that staff was tremendous. Extremely friendly and attentive It was my first time hear and I have to say the food was meh. My wife and I found it over sauced and with too much cheese. We had the lobster ravioli and the pork chops under a mountain if peppers and onions Perhaps we caught them on an off night but I really not sure I would return

My dining companion shared a 3 course meal and it was amazing! The wine list is perfect, you cant pick a bad wine here and our waiter Patrick was engaging, witty and knowledgeable about the restaurant and local area. Great place to eat a classy dinner

I had lunch at Cara Mia Restaurant with a client who took me out to Lunch 3 weeks ago and the Chicken Parmesan was outstanding and the staff knew the client like he was family. Ive been meaning to take out my family out to this place which I will soon

Staff is awesome. Food is even better. I recommend the Chicken Princess but anything I have ever had on the menu has been perfect. The owner Sergio could not be a nicer person and cannot do enough for you. Great job Cara Mia!

Great food and good service at reasonable prices. Very busy and noisey on weekends because the food is so good. In good weather outside dining in the alley is available. Street parking in front & municiple lot in back.
