The best taco bell Ive been too in my entire life. I am not from the area and after a long night, my husband and I decided to stop at this taco bell. As we pulled up to order , we were greeted with a very nice welcoming message by Edwin and Chasin. They provided us with the best service and help this out on trying new food. They are very knowledgeable and efficient with their work. They provided us with the best hot and fresh food usually at other Taco Bells they only have the leftover food when its around closing time and they certainly didnt. Also the manager Laura was really good at leading her crew of the night which was cashier Edwin p and cook chasin. It is very enjoyable to see that there is people who enjoy working for Taco Bell and make the best out of their work. They were really friendly and we enjoyed their amazing comments, for example my favorite one by chasin was " you guys make a beautiful couple" not only did he make our food, but they all came to the window to say "we hope you enjoy your food". It was a very enjoyable experience. Even though this location is far from my home I will make sure to visit again when I am around the area. Great job Taco Bell and of course I hope Edwin p Laura and chasin get recognized for their amazing work.

Alright my first review ever. Although I'm a big taco bell fan.. I came to this place twice in one week so I'm ordering my food and this guy takes my order the first time and a lady the next time order skills okay but lately they have been takin donations for world hunger...UM Hello does any one know they are a fast food place....anyway so I guess these people jus add your donation on because they feel like it..twice in a week this happen..then wen I get on the lady that u charged me a extra dollar for something I want...call me greedy but if u go to McDonald's and the add a xtra big MAC u didn't order what are u going to do.. customer service is horrible and besides tha lady that took my order.. her teeth look like dominos playing in here mouth...and the lady manger look liike she needed a good bath...umm health department....

I went to taco bell on century plaza and the lady at the window was extremely rude her first mistake was ADDING a dollar Fee to my bill without my acknowledgment and when. I look at my bill and ask her about it she laughs and says its only a dollar that was her second mistake and third when i get home my tortilla on my taco was so stale like it hadnt been cooked all the way horrible service that Indian lady at the window should be fired. Theres prenty of ppl looking for jobs trust me .

I dont know why theres so many negative reviews ive been coming to this location alot and prefer it to the other local ones. Maybe its because I usually am there in the mornings? Idk but every time I go there staff is polite and helpful . I usually order after I get off work and am glad that their services are fast and always correct so I can eat and get home to sleep lol ill always choose this tacobell over any others in my area!

Just went through drive thru and when we ordered it took forever to get their attention. Then we hear their rap music blasted through the intercom. Pay for our $13 worth of food and the only thing I ordered wasnt even in the bag. Crappy service. Not visiting this location again.

Everytime we come to this one, were always happy. The manager I think her name is Jen is always on top of it and talks to her staff respectfully. (Theres a Taco Bell on 18th Street that has a horrible manager and staff.) Our food is always hot and fresh.

Our power was out and half the city had no power and they welcomed us to stay as long as we wanted and it was great and made the food perfectly and got out orders correct. Was great.

Consistent food. Of course there were a couple of homeless people in there. They looked like crack addicts. The women threw up in the bathroom causing g a commotion...Lovely.
