Customer service is terrible... I will literally never eat here again. Waiters are inconsistent with information.. One waiter told me that there are no refills on hot chocolate and then another waiter told me that there is one free refill allowed on the hot chocolate. This is just knew example of their inconsistent information. I was so baffeled by the customer service that I decided to wrap my food up and take it home with me... When I asked them for plastic silverware they told me no that they did not have any more, I then asked for the manager and instead of coming out with the manager, they came out with the plastic silverware that they had originally claimed not to have.

Went to have breakfast and it wasnt busy, I was not greeted at the front and it took forever for someone to come seat me. Once seated it took forever for someone to bring menu and ask which drink I wanted. Once the food came, it was a huge slice of cold cheese put on top of my eggs. And food was cold, now I dont usually dont complain but today they were just off. The waitress NEVER came to check on me. It was just a terrible experience all together. I havent been to this location in months so maybe it was just a bad day for them.

I dont know how they get away with calling their chicken fried steak either beef or steak. It is clearly some processed and layered concoction which may have SOME meat, possibly beef in it. But IT IS NOT steak, I can assure you. They would not allow me to see the packaging so I could know what was actually in it. It tasted not at all like anything I would want to eat or feed to my dog for that matter. The consistency was similar to cardboard. Disgusting.

I just really can not with this IHOP!! I have been here multiple times and every time I am let down. The waitresses rarely will check up on you and the food you order is no where near the advertisement. Just tonight I ordered the Double Blueberry Pancakes, the picture shows 4 fluffy pancakes and i was served two very hard blueberry pancakes with blueberry slop on top. I will NEVER come to this IHOP ever again.

I ordered a Summer Crepe with mixed berries, filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with whipped cream. It was inedible. The dish was for most part tasteless, except for the sweet cream cheese filling which was salty. It could have been used as a topping over pasta -- not a good topping, however. I drank my soda and left having returned the crepe. Will not be back!

I love IHOP pancakes, but this restaurant has the worst service and the servers are not very nice. I have received the wrong order, only 1 refill for coffee. I have gone here at least twice a month and hope that the service changes, but no luck. They give better service to a certain ethnic background. The corporate office should view this location.

Get there before 9am to beat the crowd , I got there at 8:30a was seated right away , staff friendly , coffee good 2nd pot was very hot , food served in about 20 minutes , I had beef tips , good portion but meat tasted like it was out for awhile had that tainted taste , if you have a sensitive tummy dont order the meat , not fresh ...

I called and wanted to have a business meeting there at 6am and called to verify what time they opened the night before and asked if they were open and ready to serve by 6am and they said "We are open and ready come on down"... We pull up at 5 after 6am and Not a car or light on... I dont think Ill try and go back...

My Wife and I Dine out at IHOP on Senior NIghts. We find that the food, and the Service is great. We have been dining at this Restaurant for several years and will continue to do so. We feel right at home here, and will continue to tell our friends about IHOP. KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE IHOP.

People are great, service is great, food was amazing! ...But they are understaffed at times. The line to wait for someone just to pay was just as long as the line to wait for a table. I wished they had the machines to pay at the table.

It was ok, the wait was quite long. Once we were seated the service was fine, the food was ok. I had a chicken fajita omelette which was tasty. In retrospect I should have left and went to Dennys.

Every time my family and I go, its way to packed, which is understood since its a Sunday, but the waiters rarely check on you. Food comes cold sometimes, or they entirely forget of your plate.
