Your food is wonderful, great service also. Prices are reasonable, however a little more care needs to be taken to cleaning the booths, and the restrooms. I have gone there several times and have asked if they could put TP and clean the bathrooms. Also went there this Saturday and had lunch. As I was leaving my daughter noticed two marks on my blouse. I looked at it and saw that on the edge of the table was what looked like sticky dried jam, ice cream topper? but it was on my shirt. I was upset and now have to try to get it off my blouse without ruining the material. I showed and let the cashier know and she said "Oh sorry, Ill let them know to clean better." Please make sure they CLEAN it is what will bring your restaurant down. This is one of the reasons I will NOT go to the one that just opened in Woodland. The seats are dirty and torn, and it just OPENED. The carpet smells very dirty and old.

1 Star only because a 0 star review isnt allowed. I ordered a burger with NO mayonnaise and NO 1,000 island dressing because of food allergies. I was brought a burger with both mayonnaise and 1,000 island dressing. I politely informed my server, a second time, that I could not eat what I was brought and she took my burger back to make a second one. The second burger arrived so slathered in mayonnaise that the bun fell apart because of it. I dont appreciate when a restaurant tries to KILL ME, TWICE IN A ROW. Then when I spoke to the manager on site her attitude was utterly ambivalent to my plight. The SINGLE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

I think the hashed browns and eggs in breakfast taste good. I am not American, so I dont know how good it is compare to other American restaurant. 价格略贵，不过可以体验美式风味，至少要比其他连锁的美式家庭餐厅要好。

This place is just like a Dennys or IHOP except theyre only found in Northern California. In my opinion theyre far better than a regular Dennys or IHOP. Te service here was great and the people were really kind and polite. The food was DELICIOUS. My favorite plates from here are the Sourdough Cheeseburger and the Country Fried Chicken. The portions are enormous! They will definitely fill you up in one sitting. For what its worth, the value is really great, especially for how much they give you.

Breakfast on 8/10/2016, have NOT had such bad service in awhile, as I never had a waitress reach across in front of me with a hot pot of coffee without a word, like excuse me. Food took forever, and to top it off potatoes were burned. Asked waitress for extra gravy to help eat dry biscuits, had to get up and get myself. Paid at counter and manager who took my card had nothing to say, no thanks cone again how was your meal...seems to me no one wants to work there.

This is my favorite place to eat when I come into Davis. The servers are friendly and the food is delicious. They serve large portions, you will difinetly have leftovers. Better yet, you could share a plate or two. They have wonderful gift items to take home with you. Bear claw slippers and pjs are a hit. I want a pair! You will not be dissapointed by your visit. Enjoy the food!

We love the chain but not this location. Our waitress had obnoxious sniffles. We dont know if she was sick or had allergies. But still, unsanitary. My dessert which was supposed to be served warm, was scorching hot. If I hadnt noticed and had just spooned it in my mouth, I could have been badly burned. When we were ready to leave 15 or so minutes later, it was still too hot.

I had the trout my wife had the trout and my son had the chocolate chip pancakes. All of our food was absolutely delicious in fact Ive been craving that trout ever since I went there its a great choice on the menu. It did take a little while to get our food but the food was very properly prepared and it tasted delicious.

The plates here are huge, so come hungry, keep your order small or else expect leftovers. The food is not too expensive and theyre flexible about splitting bills. The manager has also been very generous with charitable endeavors, in my experience when collecting donations for a Greek philanthropy drive.

Best spot in town for a traditional plate of eggs, hashed browns, and pancakes. And a cup of coffee, of course. Food is consistently served fast and cooked perfectly. Portion sizes are huge. And everyone is always super friendly. I love this place. It feels authentic.

Black Bear Diner is basically the same food you can get at any Dennys, IHOP, or Village Inn. The only real difference is that its not as good and costs about 25% more. The wait staff was really nice, but I wont be eating there again.

Amazing food and huge portion sizes! Staff is very friendly. There is usually a bit of a wait on the weekends, but I would say its worth the wait. Wifi doesnt work well here, but thats ok because the food and service make up for it.

I get the ribs every time I go here. they are absolutely the best. the meat is so soft it falls off the bone-you dont need a knife to eat it. the burgers are top notch too. try all their stuff for a heart warming, tasty meal.

Great experience and good breakfast. Tried the Mushroom eggs Benedict. Comes with two eggs pouched on English egg mcmuffins, mushrooms, holandase sause and some really good hashbrowns. All very delicious food!

The portions are large, but unfortunately quantity seems to be winning over quality. Desserts, like the rest of the food, are large, relatively pricy, and not something youll typically salivate over.

My boyfriend loves their chicken fried steak here. I love their egg white omelette. Portions are huge though so I usually take back leftovers. The staff is very friendly and it always seems home-y.

Pretty good depending on what you get. The best thing on the menu is by far the Cinnamon roll french toast. DO NOT get pasta from here. Literally the sauce is straight from a hunts can.

This place is usually very busy on the weekends. The food usually comes out quick. The portions are pretty huge, so sharing might be suggested. The food is usually consistent and delicious.

Great breakfast! Didnt want anything on the menu, but the waitress didnt bat an eye at a special order. Everything was cooked to perfection.
