We ate here on Friday morning with no problems at all and had a wonderful time. We came back the next day and our server didnt bring me extra ice when I ordered it, and also a water my friend had to order 3 times in order to get it. I ordered my bacon to be crispy and it came back half burnt and half not cooked. We asked for separate checks and the server didnt split them, he just put them in sections on one check. We told the manager were having a bad experience and he didnt even say sorry. He said OK. And then made is wait another 10-15 minutes for our checks to be split so we can turn them in for reimbursement. Finally after more than 30 minutes of waiting, we got paid and left.

A solid choice for some good breakfast food. I got the waffle and ordered a side of ham. You only get one piece of ham and I think the price is high for that side. Other than that my experience was great. We went at about midnight and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, service was friendly and quick, and all of us enjoyed our food. Two of us got breakfast food, one person got the sampler platter, and the fourth got their new burger sliders. They have four syrup options: maple, strawberry, boysenberry, and...blueberry I think was the fourth one? I tried them all but mostly used the classic maple. Id go back for a late night breakfast craving.

Service was great. Our waiter was super attentive and extremely nice throughout our entire meal. The food also came out nice and quick and he didnt rush us even though they were jammed packed. Food was decent. I dont remember the last time I ate at an IHOP but the menu was reminiscent of a Dennys in the sense that they had tons of dessert like breakfast meals. I was shocked how expensive the food was for how little food you get. I got the split decision and for 11 bucks it didnt fill me up. We walked out paying $55 for three people which makes it a hard sell when you can go to a little fancier place for just a little bit more money.

I was in the mood for the yummy CinnaStack pancakes. The CinnaStack was indeed yummy. My wife was not thrilled with her somewhat undercooked, watery poached eggs. And I sampled her hashbrowns and wasnt too impressed with them (I usually order mine extra crispy, however, so its not clear how much better they would have been had we ordered that way). My wife thought the CinnaStacks were a bit too sweet but she thinks Im too sweet, too :-) The place was decently clean and service was reasonably fast and friendly. Unlike our experience years ago at the Cupertino location. Id definitely go again.

My friend and I went to this iHop at around 2 am so I guess they kinda get an excuse. Anyway our server Daniel M. mustve been real tired because he forgot to bring us the drinks we first ordered, plus the extra butter I asked him, plus the style of egg was wrong, and when he brought us the check, he didnt even ask if we wanted anything else he just slapped it on the table. No refill, no thanks. I think he was high. Food was good. The place was really ratchet. One of the workers was on a break or something sitting at a table with her moms drunk, loud friends. Lol

Close to my hotel, but the parking lot and building were very small and cramped. The service wasnt all that great. I asked for coffee and the first cup had lipstick. The waiter took it away and brought me another one with lipstick on it also. (It might have been the same cup). The third one was lipstick-less. My friend asked for water, maybe the waiter got caught up in the lipstick on the cup because we had to remind him. The food was brought promptly and just as good as any other IHOP Ive been to.

I was seated quickly, waitresses came over took my drink order, came back for my food order, got my food and that was it, until she brought my check, no refill, no how is everything, nothing. I love Ihop and when I am on the road it is a place I seek out, but I will not go for bad service. So I am going to have to rethink my love for this place. :(

I have been to this location 4 times now and have been very satisfied each time. It is fast, good food for the price. The waitstaff has been very helpful and courteous each time, even letting me know when I can get an extra item for the same price through their combo platters. Ed was the best server Ive had in awhile, certainly at a diner.

Our favorite place for brunch on weekends. Though it becomes super crowded but we never regret coming here. My favorites are omelettes and pancakes especially chocolate chip pancake. Tropical twister is awesome. Parking space is good but is generally full. Service is fast. And the best part is that it is 24/7 so no time pressure.

Good for what it is, and keep in mind, its not gourmet, but for a satisfying breakfast, this is the place to go. At this location, seating is limited, so be prepared for waits during the weekend. Moreover, parking lot is also very small, so more times than not, I usually park around the block. Good service.

The service is excellent at this restaurant the chicken-fried steak was absolutely Superior to what Ive had in the past the coffee is good the waitresses kind the host is very good and I had great service and a real nice time with my friend there I highly recommend is IHOP in San Jose you wont be disappointed

The area is pretty small and since the place gets pretty crowded we had to wait for almost 30 min to get seated and it was almost noon. There were a lot of people waiting. Although food was good and people working there were pretty nice and pretty fast. I guess I would go there again.

The prices are great. The restaurant looks to be newly renovated with very clean restrooms. The food taste great and the other patrons each time that I have been in there are eclectic, fun and nice which makes for a great dining experience.

Placed an order for to go then called and said that were here to pick up but they made us wait an extra 30 minutes. When I was in the car I checked the back and there was no silver ware and no honey even when I placed it on the phone to.

Hi. I enjoyed breakfast here. I had country potatoes and pancakes. I would have enjoyed vegetarian crepes as well. Restaurants need more vegetarian food and more to choose from in my opinion. Good atmosphere and friendly service.

Good service, familiar taste and quality. Small parking lot and small restaurant means it will be crowded during meal times, but pretty empty otherwise. I went there for an early dinner and it was pleasantly empty and quiet.

Love the IHOP breakfast, especially the breakfast sampler. Just the right quantity and you get to eat eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, hash browns and a pancake. I like that they leave a flask of coffee on your table.
