Me and my wife have been to this popeyes several times and its a crying shame that the last 3 Times we have been there our order has been completely screwed up!!!!!! I spent 18 dollars on 2small meals and had to pull up,which doesnt bother me considering I have worked in the fast food industry and I know that there on a time limit, and also that usually means your food will be fresh!!!"USUALLY"!!!!! I GOT A 3 WING MEAL WITH MASHED POTATOES AND A EXTRA WING ON THE SIDE .....FIRST OF ALL I GOT REDBEANS AND I HATE REDBEANS AND THEN I GOT THESE TINY OVER COOKED WINGS OR AS IM GONNA CALL THEM BONES NO MEAT AT ALL!! I THINK THEY JUST TOOK OLD CHICKEN AND REFRIED IT TO MAKE IT SEEM FRESH..... YEAH I KNOW THAT TRICK TOO! UNACCEPTABLE! like come on really I wanted wicked chicken but of coarse they dont have it anymore at that location... it must be franchise cause corporate stores dont operate that way and then i got a three peice meal that was all dry and ity bity Im so sick of this store I will never go there again there quality of food is a disgrace now it wouldnt be a huge deal but apparently they dont answer there phone because they must get a lot of complaints I called the other store on gause and they answered right away! just some advice from a customer that hates to cook so she spends lots of money eating out! If you dont like your job please dont work there because every person you have on the headset is always rude as can be, and if your gonna pull people up to make your times look good at least have the common courtesy to make sure the order is correct and fresh and please dont Rip people off because your too lazy to make fresh food and so you take it apon yourself to give them what they dont want! I mean I understand you wanna leave cause its close to quitting time but If I pay for it Id like to get it so now Im home starving no-one will answer the phone and Im out 18 bucks what do you suppose I do about that????? Lol yeah I know Im just screwed! And judging by your comments its not the first time you have heard these same complaints!!!!! Oct 30th going to bed starving thanks alot!

I was enjoying my day as normal until I found out my favoritte team Florida overcame Tennessee..I decided to celebrate this victory and my life at the neighborhood Popeyes in slidell...we were instantly greeted by this individual named Will....will moved around behind the counter about as gracefully as Steven Hawking in a figure skating competition..Will slured his way through our order like he had been receiving his forth DUI...Wills u niform was obviously filth..like he had been scraping old junk cars before his shift tonight..after receiving what I thought was going to be a tasty shrimp dinner delight..ended up being a trip to a lake pontchatrain bait shop..the shrimp were dried and withered like the dead discharge in the mens restroom and dining area..overall I would definitly come back.

Wish I could give it negative stars. Ive been to this Popeyes a couple of times in the last 2 years, and its been decent once or twice. By decent, I mean the food was somewhat fresh and it didnt take me 15 minutes to receive my order. The last time I was there, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional; they had to ask twice what my order actually was, after making me pull off their timer to keep their time down; even once I got my food (after nearly 20 minutes of waiting ), it was cold and my dark meat box was 2 thighs and 2 breasts, and my boyfriends tenders were cold and hard. Not worth $20. Very disappointed.

I love Popeyes in the daytime because the workers are always so generous and nice I would recommend to anyone to take your time to come in the daytime to Popeyes here in gett to know workers and treat them nice please. January 27th 2017 usually Popeyes in so busy but tonight they were really busy and they handled it amazingly everyone who left and left with a smile in the satisfaction of customer service except the one person who was complaining because there was only one bathroom.

dont get me wrong, popeyes is a great chain, and ive been to different ones during my travels that offer their trademark deliciousness with great customer service. not this one. nasty to a T! poor customer service, employees smoking right outside the doorway, extremely rude drive thru personnel and nasty food. this one brings down the name of popeyes.

I have been Popeyes before and.had no problems. This popeyes was the worst I have ever been to. I agree with previous comments about the employees nasty uniforms, and obvious inability to speak in an understandable way. Stay away from this nasty, roach infested place. Ghetto is the best description of this low class joint. Yuck!
