Found out the owner is some rude classless individual named Abraham. I ordered fish and chips for the family which was overcooked, hard and dry. I had to practically beg him to make it right by asking for a credit. I called him several times leaving messages at Bayhill with never a return call. I literally had to track him down. Its obvious he never intended to do the right thing as he clearly was patronizing me. He raised his voice at me and had an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. Now that I know hes the owner of all three locations, his arrogant attitude makes sense as he obviously does not have anyone to report to. Its not about the $40 I wasted, it was about doing the right thing which this owner had no intention of doing. If he had any integrity, he would have kept his word which only he and I know he didnt..........

I am a bgg fan of Big Mouth. They give you a selection of very nice damn burgers, great hot dogs, and a cheese steak my friend loves (being from Philly as a kid my bar is fairly high in this regard). They have a small but good selection of beer on tap, and ice cream. Overall, if you are going to blow out your calorie budget for a day, you could do far far worse. Bonus points for having outside tables. Lastly must note, the place has a lot of fans, but the staff work their butts off to get your food to the table quick.

The burgers are generously sized and the meat is great. The selection of toppings is excellent. Service is usually fast and friendly, but it can get crowded at times. Prices are average for a premium burger. Fries arent my favorite here, but some people like them.

This is a great little gourmet burger joint. It is worth making a detour out of your way. It is tucked in the back of the plaza and hard to find for that reason. Expect to spend about $12/person without alcohol.

First stop off the plane when I visit Cali and Vegas. Nothing to cure the post-flight Blues then a double-double and some animal fries- delicious! Wishing I had a nice in-and-out burger now.

Love this place. I visit frequently. Love the smoke pillowing from the kitchen out of the roof. True burger joint, and they have more too, like Cheese Steak Sandwiches.
