Unfortunately what I have to say is not good. My husband has done business with the actual owner of Beggars who is a great guy so its such a shame that the employees lack respect, good customer service skills and manners. I have ordered from the Harvey location 5 times and out of those 5 times they messed up my order twice. The final straw was when the actual manager of this location who I hope reads this messed up my order and refused to come out of hiding to apologize or offer any type of remorse. She claimed I ordered a thin crust pizza when everytime Ive called Ive ordered the same Exact thing a STUFFED not thin crust. If that conversation had been recorded there would be no arguing that she was wrong. However when I complained all she did was hide and send a supervisor as a scapegoat. Listen if you know anything about customer service you should know the customer comes first. She even went as far as making me pay for the new pizza and wouldnt even honor a small order of fries for my child she said she would not approve such a thing and all the while she did this hiding from me. This woman needs some serious training not only in her job but basic human skills such as kindness and respect. To the young lady who witnessed the whole thing and even acknowledged that this had happened just a week prior you should be promoted to manager and thank you for being the only decent human being in that dreadful place.

Called and was told they closed at 10, got there at 9:40 and waited 5 mins for a girl to finally walk up and say they are no longer taking orders. I asked why I had to wait 5to mins for them to tell me that and she says I didnt know you were standing here in a nasty tone. I go on to say this is my first and last time here, she simply smiles, turns, and walks away. Wait, it doesnt end there. I call after I leave and ask to speak to a manager and a guy named Andre gets on the phone. I introduce myself and proceed to tell him about the experience I just had, and instead of any kind of apology for the inconvenience or my bad experience, he defends the information I received over the phone and says it was probably a misunderstanding. I tried to suggest that maybe this can be handled in training so when a customer ask what time they close they could ask the customer if they are dining in or carrying out. Before I can finish my thought, he gets defensive and interrupts me and says "there is nothing wrong with my training, I train people just fine. Like I said, it was a misunderstanding!" Can someone say GHETTO!!! But what do you expect from Harvey.... I will never go back

1st time having a pizza delivered in a long time from Harvey. And now I remember why. 1st off she said it would take 1 & 1/2 to get here. Ok I wasnt pleased but really didnt have a choice. I called at 8:24 pm pizza arrived@ 10:06 really not to mention extra cold. Then I tried to call them about it they were closed and the voicemail was full go figure. Its truly sad that we spend are hard earned money and this is how we are treated. Never in this lifetime will I or any family or friends of mine be shopping with beggars until this matter is resolved. #HOTPIZZAMATTERS #ANGRYANDSTARVING

We attempted to place an order from a place of business which happens to be a full service salon. The young lady taking the order refused to place an order for 7 individual pizzas. Once she was instructed by her manager to place the orders , she then attempted to charge 7 different delivery fees. As a business, we will not recommend you place an order if you have more than 2 people in your office. So we decided to call Italian Fiesta with the very same request and they delivered PROMPTLY.

First time at this location and last time. The customer service is lousy and the 2 ladies who were taking orders were more interested in talking to their friends. Ordered thin crust but got home and it was thick after waiting over 45 minutes. Customers who came in after me got pizzas first and the pizza wasnt that great. Had better service and pizza from original Beggars. Will not be back and advice others to go a little further for more quality service and much better pizza.

Ordered a pizza at 7:10 the driver showed up at 8:30 with the wrong order . The manager explained to me how my order was sitting their and was now ready . Had to call back at 9:30 and check on my order he explained how he was just on the phone with another coustomer and their order was messed up . So im guessing my order was delivered to them . It is now 10:30 and still no pizza . Understand that i am levit!!!!!! I ordered my pizza at 7:10pm

How do you screw up a simple order? A small deep dish pizza, half a side with olives. We received a THIN crust pizza with, no joke, an entires jar worth of green olives dumped on one side. For a ruined meal, we could choose to wait another 40 minutes or a 15% discount. We chose the latter for obvious reasins. No real effort to make up for whats usually my favorite meal when I visit Chicago. Next time, Giordanos!

Im gonna keep it real and dont care who gets offended. Beggars in harvey does NOT TASTE THE SAME AS DOWNTOWN OR LANSING.. its horrible.. then again nothing in Harvey is good.. PIZZA SUCKS AND ITS GHETTO AS HELL..Black people do yourself a favor and drive a little further out to where some whites live then you will get better food and service..oh and Im black so Im not being racist, just real..

Its unusual to mess up an hamburger really I ask for well done how do u get rare that cashier that took that order must have been very confuse never again pizza is nasty, cold, ask for Caesar salad, n chicken salad came back to complain its was a after set inside in our smoke weed, popping bottle, what a disgrace dont let everyone see what u do

Well my pizza was a vegetable pizza and I was use to having cheese at the edge of my pizza. If you measure the first bend on your thumb my cheese started there after. I asked to speak to management it was Napoleon and he didnt see anything wrong with my pizza wow.

This is a terrible location. You are more likely to get mugged inside the resturaunt than get a pizza. There were people from outside walking in and serving themselves and going in the back. Just because this location was so terrible Ill never go to another.

Since when do you have to become a club member to use beggars coupons that comes in the mail, its sad when a place of business wont honor their own coupons
