The last time I visited this Burger King was by the drive-thru at around 8 PM. My bf and I were about to pay and receive our order when an older man, his son and an older woman were at the BK pick up window. The older man waited for a bag of food that he bought and then gave it to the older woman. The older man and his son went to their car and drove off, so we suspected the older woman was a beggar. When my bf and I were about to pull forward after witnessing this, we noticed that the older woman came back to the window to ask for more customization to her order. At first, the employee at the window refused to give her what she wanted since she didnt pay for her food, but eventually complied to help us next. We were able to pay for and receive our order. One reason why I knocked off a star is because beggars frequent this BK often and employees rarely bat an eye. Its as if its a regular occurrence, so theres no need to call the police or refuse service. Just watch out for this place after 6 PM.

Just got back from the San Bruno Burger King. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and they gave me a small without asking what size! Also ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and again they didnt ask if I wanted any sauce with it. Also ordered the chicken crisp sandwich and they gave me the 1.00 one instead of the more expensive one which I thought I had ordered. Manager needs to give some marketing lessons to his crew!

This place is horrible. Not only do they ALWAYS mess your order up, but the employees are rude, the bathrooms are dirty, and this place is all around ghetto. The food is always wrong, always cold, and sometimes just doesnt even taste right. I would rather drive further away to get food then to eat here anymore.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and food was quick and prepared well. Okay, its Burger King, so youre not going to get a gourmet meal or antique place settings, but the quality of service was better than most full service restaurants Ive been to recently.

Always fresh and fast!! Staff is pleasant and will help you if you need them to help. Has nice back in our day music which was clean and nice as well as relaxing. We request this place to get away sometimes!
