I cant believe how bad the service has become here. Years ago service was fantastic. They had older more dedicated servers and hosts at this location. Over the last couple of years, the staff has gotten younger and most certainly not concerned for our dining experience at his Lynnwood WA location. We barely come here any longer as it seems EVERY time we come, we wait forever just for our server to come greet us and then there is almost always something wrong with out meal(s). On the off chance a slower Tues. night might be different, tonight was no exception. When we got to the table, nearly our entire section was empty. By the time it filled up, EVERY other table was served and my family was never even greeted. How can you expect to gain return business if you cant even acknowledge your patrons. Like an earlier reviewer mentioned, Katsu Burger right across the street near the Regal Cinema is a great choice for service and burger choices! So we left Red Robin without ever being greeted and are currently sitting at Buffalo Wild Wings right next door! Every table is fill nearly and we were seated promptly, order taken by a friendly server and our food is on the way!

Called 3 times tonight to try to order food for pick up. I was on hold for 8 minutes at 8:20pm without a response and hung up, figuring they were busy. Called back at 8:30 and held for 10 minutes without a response. Called back a third time and told the person on the phone I needed to order food and that I had been on hold for 18 minutes. I asked if someone was available to take an order or if I should take my business somewhere else. He offered to get me a "to go specialist" and I let him know they had about 45 seconds to get into the phone. He came back and said "Were not accepting Amazon orders right now." I explained again that I wanted to order food and that my husband would pick it up. He again went to get help and after 5 minutes I hung up. Im not in the business of begging a restaurant to take my money.

So its good. Its great really. Ive not been acustomed to spending a small sallary on a pricey burger, but if burgers are your thing its worth it. What really sells this place to me is bottomless frys, and get this, they have all you can drink root beer floats. I mean who in this day and age does that??? Ive managed to get 4 of them in a single sitting before needing to explode from frothy goodness. I did ding a star though because of the little tablets. I think its a great idea to order and get attention from the staff. But its those games! I cant for the life of me figure out why they charge you to play silly little games we all can get on our smart phones for free. I get its a revenue opportunity, but just seems sleezy since they are already a pricey joint to begin with.

It was your typical red robin, and our server was friendly and attending, however, her outfit was dirty. I get it you work at a rest. But her shirt was loose, and just looked very unprofessional to me. Like a loose shirt you wear to bed. She kept pulling it up. And it was black but very dirty. That made me feel sketchy about eating the food. The other guy was clean though so idk ehat was up with that. She was amazing and friendly though :/ the food was good. We had the Whiskey BBQ burger and it was perfect. Not too much sauce but enough to taste and still taste the meat. We also had a childrens pizza, good size for kids, and hubby and something from the healthy menu which I like they have options. We had a good time. Avoid lunch hour but fast service amazing.

RUDE! i was ordering a meal for my friend to go. i was on hold twice and transferred twice. i noticed this happens a lot when trying to order to go. once a "to go specialist" picked up the phone, i gave them my friends order. after giving them the order, they began to interrogate me with questions asking me if i was 12. i told them i was ordering for a friend. then they said i cannot have the included drink if im not 12. AM I NOT ALLOWED TO ORDER FOR MY FRIEND?! WHAT IF A 12 YEAR OLD DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE AND CANNOT ORDER?! ARE YOU SAYING THAT IF PARENTS ARE ORDERING FOR THEIR CHILD THAT THEY CANNOT?! AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BE FRIENDS WITH A 12 YEAR OLD AND ORDER FOR THEM?! THEY SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT THEY ARE GETTING MY MONEY.

Just had the BEST experience EVER!!! Our server, Dominique was amazing. Super sweet, friendly, and great service. My spouse and I took our 12 year old son on their first date...so they were at a separate table right next door. Dominique had a contagious smile and positive attitude (even when something went wrong with our order) and made all of our experiences unforgettable. We will DEFINITELY be back and requesting Dominique for our server. She is a true asset to your company and hands down the BEST SERVER WE HAVE EVER HAD (and we have gone fine dining many a time). THANK YOU DOMINIQUE! *FYI this was at the Lynnwood location just off of 184th and 33rd.*

Thursday evening 7:45 and the place wasnt packed.... Service was super SLOW. I ordered the Fish and Chips after waiting for at least 20 minutes for the food it came...... It was swimming in a Pool of grease, my fries were soggy, the breading was coming off the Fish, it was DISGUSTING!!!! I sent it back and the server offered to have another one brought to me, I told him that I had lost my appetite, and no longer wanted ANYTHING they served. I went to use the Restroom.....What a PIGSTY! Piss and paper towels all over the floor, the Sink was GROSS. In short DON"T GO THERE!!!!!

It is not as good and SIMPLE as it used to be. Put our name on the wait list for 4 people and stood next to the podium for 80 minutes with about 50 other customers. When we checked in to see how much longer, they said they called our name and gave our table to someone else 60 minutes earlier. BS. A Manager overheard and sat us INSTANTLY in a section off to the side that had about 6 empty tables??? The menu has gotten absurdly complicated with redundant confusing options, something like 3 tiers of burger fanciness on a 35 page menu (exaggerating).

Another bad meal again at Red Robin. I didnt want to go here again but friends and I went shopping at Home Goods and it was in the same parking lot. I ordered their advertised best burger they make for $13.99. So many things wrong with this. First off, it took half hour to get our food. The hamburger must have been sitting out because it was nuked prior to coming to our table. The letter, pickles and mayo was to hot to eat due to the microwave. The only praise Ill ever give Red Robin are their onion rings. .

I was reluctant to try Red Robin again after one in San Diego had me waiting for food for over an hour, but at this one, I was anything but disappointed. The staff was super friendly, made me feel right at home, and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. The drinks were great. They were out of Boston Lager and Stella. Other than that I have no complaints. I would definitely go to this place again for anything from a work party.to catching up with friends. Faith in Red Robin restored.
