Went for dinner this past weekend. Usually go to the same place for sushi but decided to try Izumis. The place is clean, orderly and well staffed. We had a very normal wait time for a Friday evening. Our server was very friendly and helpful and was there when we needed her and gone when we didnt. Perfect. We had the "all you can eat", which is slightly intimidating at $26.99/person but we werent disappointed (You can order directly off the menu if you want as well). We were able to try lots of different sashimi and sushi as well as other entrees and appetizers. Its definitely a great place to treat yourself to. We will be back. Thanks!

First ordered 3 rolls, came out in a respectable amount of time. My girlfriend and I ordered 1 more role that was deep fried, and 2 green tea ice creams and requested the ice cream be brought after the roll. We waited more than 15 minutes for the one roll. After we finished the ice cream we were planning on ordering another roll or two, we were still hungry. The server just brought the check to the table and left without letting us get a word in. TL:DR Good food, terrible service

I ordered the steak and fried rice habachi it was pretty good the steak could have been hotter though. My wife had the all you can eat, and love everything thing she got off the menu. The mayo she said was pretty spicy compared to other locations we have visited. Cleanliness overall looks pretty squeaky clean I love that very much. Overall visit was good gave 5 stars still because of how clean everything is here, but the steak could have Been hotter.

This place has an awesome atmosphere was packed from time of arrival until leaving however still got a seat very quickly and food arrived without any wait. Soup, appetizer then sushi right after. Food quality was great, display was brilliant every order is a work of art. For those new to sushi the waitress was very helpful for answering questions.

Izumi and all other Sushi restaurants in Fargo serve "Fake Sushi"!!! The red snapper, white tuna, salmon are all fake fish!! It would be way to expensive to serve real fish!! Please do your research before eating what is servers to you and banned in Japan for over 40 years, " Escolar" is the some of the fake product your eating!!

Sushi/sashimi was put onto a hot plate..quite unpleasant. Our orders of hibachi were forgotten about, so ended up waiting much longer than necessary. Flying fish roe sushi was poorly wrapped and the special rolls were cut unevenly, making the ends larger than normal mouthfuls.

Ive been here twice with friends, and the staff has always been super friendly. And the food is amazing. I really enjoy their selection of tempura. And the ice cream is the best. I will definitely be bringing more friends here, if only to enjoy it myself. ^.^

Changed my 5 star to a 2 after the past two visits have been horrible. And they got rid of their lunch prices. Sushi used to be great but the last two visits I wouldve rather had Hornbachers sushi
