Spent 25 minutes captive in a drive-thru lane where I stopped for a FAST FOOD pickup on my way to pick up my grandkids from school. This was so frustrating. There were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled in, and another 4 behind me. I was 5 minutes late which is epic when kids are small!! Worst drive thru ever anywhere!

Everytime Ive been through, the drive thru wait is 20 mins minimum. And thats the multiple times Ive been there. Horrible customer service, something needs to happen..never going back

This is the crappiest BK that I have been to. Its been that way for the 15 yrs. Ive live in the area. Service is alright at times, most times its just very rude and impersonal.
