Extremely disappointed with the service tonight. I understand it was very busy but I knew it would be and called ahead to let them know i had a group of 15. They told me it would only be a 30 to 45 min wait on the phone. Upon arriving about 20 min later (which I told them would be my arrival time) they told me it would still be 30 to 45 min wait. My group waited well over an hour as we watched multiple groups of 8 to 10 come in and be seated before us. Im not joking when I say hundreds of people were served before we even got a table. My party had to watch as people came in, group by group, got a table, ate their food, and left while we waited the whole time. The wait wasnt even the worst part either. The waiter was extremely rude and complained directly to us about having to serve us. We also had a simple question since a gratuity was automatically applied (understandable for the large group) but the receipt was confusing as it seemed like they charged a gratuity for each meal and then again at the end. When asked about it the waiter gave us attitude and complained about his job and how hard it is. He told us any questions will need to be brought up to the manager because he is too busy deal with it. As he walked away he flagged down the manager and was clearly complaining about us to the manager (not hard to tell when he is right next to us pointing his finger angrily and the expressions on his face). Now the manager was the only one who was decent and apologized for the problems. He did offer us a discount but as the bill had been separated the discount was only applied to a small portion and doesnt fix the inherent problem of the waiter and the fact that we had to wait so long. Moral of the story...I guess you need to just say you are two groups of seven and you will immediately be seated, wont get an automatic gratuity, and hopefully the waiter wont complain to your face.

Buffalo wild wings used to be one of my favorite restaurants when we lived in the city is up here we have had nothing but trouble every time we do a take out order they get it wrong even in the restaurant they messed up our orders make us wait for food and dont even apologize for the long wait the service is horrible I dont recommend going there at all

First walking in the doors sign says seat yourself when you look for an available seat... All tables are dirty meanwhile you see staff standing in back talking in PLAIN VIEW! The service was good only saw manager twice... Food was delicious! Could work on customer service cleanliness and over all customer appeal!!

We was coming into town from the cities for an archery tournament. We didnt have a lot of time so we called ahead. We were able to order our food before we for there and be served at the table. The service was efficient and friendly. We were able to make it to the tournament in plenty of time.

Food isnt anything special ( I hate that they changed their burgers) Love the wings though and the wait staff that Ive always had they are friendly and nice. Ive got two children and they never get ignored which is big for me. The bathrooms are always clean and the dinning area is always clean

Just because we had a big group the girl acted like she didnt need to serve our water and keep it filled. She got my simple order wrong and it wasnt until my group was done eating that I got my food. And the sand which was still wrong! Very frustrating experience!

Beer specials are some of the best in town. To bad that after 9pm every night the bar is dead. Legit like four people. Crispy flats are all I will eat there. Need to advertise better and have MMA Fights and some events. Shouldnt be dead at 9pm in a college town.

It sucked to tell you the truth. We had to yell over to the bar to catch someones attention. Then in order to get refills on our drinks I actually had to call them on the phone because we never had her come over. We were the only ones dining in at that!

Service was phenomenal. We went as a family for our sons birthday. He got the most amazing piece of cake and a very personal, quick, quiet birthday wish / song from the server (which is exactly what this child wanted). Always enjoy coming here.

The burgers are always big and flavorful comes with lots of fries makes the meals filling. Of course the wings are always great! Spinach artichoke dip and the pita chips, one of a kind!
