to me its a staple of brooklyn jewish kosher cuisine. almost like jackies kosher hut on kings hwy. 5 star service is not expected, and youll get some sass - but what youll get here is the authenticity that alot the kosher establishments out there now try to copy. exhibit a: the food. no one does it better than them; although brooklyn delight does come close when it comes to quality. some goto items are the general tsos chicken, buffalo wings, egg rolls, hot and sour soup, bbq beef sticks and steamed wontons in garlic sauce. exhibit b: price. dirt cheap - for awhile anyway. after about 15 years they raised their prices. still not bad though. one of the few places where a pile of noodles with chicken bits in them dont cost more than 20 dollars... exhibit c: atmosphere. dinky asian restaurant. eh, i wouldnt call it authentic but it does have its own vibe... so in a nuthell if you want to enjoy your food in a no nonsence nostaligic setting, this is the place to go to. if youre looking for fine dining wih pretentious waiters and auto charged tips, this is not the place for you.

food tastes GREAT (though ull b starving an hour after u finish,(coming out of the bathroom...) prices r decent, service is horrible- extremely rude im afraid to ask the wrong question etc... therefor i only order out, delivery is not so bad but every now and the ill wait like an hour to an hour an a half and the delivery guy makes u give him a tip or he takes back the food- not kidding!! happened one time so i gave the poor guy a dollar (he probably only gets paid in tips...)

Definitely the BEST kosher chinese food Ive ever had BY FAR. Ive eaten in many establishments (both kosher and non-kosher) and Glatt Kosher Family certainly is on my top 10 list of best eats. In terms of client value, prices are exceptional for kosher cuisine. More so, the taste of their food is superb. I wish I was located closer so I could visit more often but certainly a staple and gem of kosher chinese cuisine. Highly recommended!!!

So its ok the beef and broccoli is good. just dont get the general tsos chicken. Its always the worst pieces of chicken used for the dish. Last time I had it was left on the table cause the chicken was old and dried and its expensive so I would expect nothing but the best. The egg roll are full of oil they dont take time to drain them properly. Hopefully they pay more attention to these issues and improve.

This Chinese food nobody can beat. They have delicious food. Im a big Chinese food Fan, Their service sucks like any other Chinese place. Dont expect to get pampered even if u have a waiter. Also besides the fact that the food is delicious. Their prices are so cheap that you cant find elsewhere. So guys when u need good food and fair price this the place. And dont brag about their service Njoy

Been eating here for years, my kids love it and the place has decent food but never clean, tidy or updated. The guys who work there seem impatient but one you get to know them, they are just fine. For under $8 lunch special, you cant go wrong.

Horrible phone service for takeout. The guy asks you questions about the delivery and if you dont answer in his timing, he hangs up on you. I called again and asked to speak to the manager and he claims there is no manager.

Best house special soup. Best prices. Food is fresh & decent for the price paid. Delicious egg rolls. Great delivery service in the area. Been eating here for many years you get what you pay for! Its the best for the $$$$$

Their Chinese food is as close as you will get to the non-kosher Chinese food takeout quality equivalent. Prices are decent as well...considering kosher is more expensive.

Horrible service, always late. Always mix up the food and give you the wrong things. Delivery personnel does not speak English and are being extremely rude.

Awful service. Took 15 min. for server to appear. Gluey sauces, bland and sweet. Took another 15 min to get check. The restaurant was dirty.
