Just stopped in for ice cream after eating at The Dock. The ice cream had puddles of melted ice cream in the center of almost every ice cream flavor. The guy with the backwards hat on helped us. My wife asked for a sugar cone with almond ice cream. The worker said to her, "seriously, youre gonna do this to me?" Meaning he didnt want to scoop his melted ice cream into a cone. We spent $13 on ice cream that we took two bites of outside then threw it away. If the ice cream is melting every day and then refrozen at night, Im sure there are going to be sick customers from this place. Id never go back and I hope that someone from the department of health is able to see what I saw tonight.

Ordered from their new location on Livingston road. Called three times after first 2 I was hung-up on, nice. Ordered pizza during their "special" order time (half off). Arrived, only to be charged full-price. When we inquired, the girl and cook were too busy to deal with us. We paid, waited 10mins for pies, only to see our pies sitting on the oven that went unnoticed. This new place, service, is lousy at best. No communication, and could not care less about making a good impression to new guests. With Palumbos and others within shouting distance, these clowns will be gone by years end. Pizza was full price and mediocre at best.

This is true New York pizza...sauce is sweet, no heartburn....pizza has no dripping grease...crust is fluffy and fresh....Ive tried a lot of pizza in florida....and the only other place that does true nyc pizza went out of biz....it was a place called new york pizza club...in orlando....napolis is super small hole in the wall...but those are the best places....take it to go..there is never anywhere to sit...and the place stays packed all day... ask for the xtra large cheese pizza...no toppings!

Nice place been coming here for years. Great people that own the place and work here. Get the extra large pie! They also gave beer and of course soda. Very clean and they have an open kitchen.. Definitely come here if you want the best pizza in Naples. Right next to the city dock. After eating you can window shop the art galleries or go for a walk on the Naples City Dock or take a short drive to the pier. -local resident-Johnny

If youre looking for affordable lunch or dinner near the pier check out Napoli on the Bay. Ive eaten here several times I really enjoy their pizza. Today we went in for lunch, the service was great and the food was amazing! I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was just like homemade. The parking here can be a little tough especially in season so I highly recommend delivery.

This is some REALLY GOOD pizza!!! We got a large classic, it was cooked just right, toppings were plentiful, good sauce. Got a couple of ice cream cones and walked the docks while we waited on the pizza to get made. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices. Yum!!

This used to be a fabulous place, maybe even the best, to get in town. FORGET ABOUT IT! Dont know what happened in the last year but quality has diminished, delivery takes forever, and the last straw was getting delivered completely burnt food that it inedible.

Service is very poor. They are rude to customers and expect to charge higher prices because of location by the Bay. Not the same quality of food and service since place was sold to new current owners. They do not care for customer loyalty.

Easy ordering, pick-up and free delivery. Always consistently cooked. Small eat-in area, only feet away from the Naples City Dock. New York style pizza, nice guys behind counter. Tasty gelato too.
