I visited this location on 5/30/16 around 7pm. It was not busy as there was no wait and plenty of seating. The windows were filthy, as if they hadnt been cleaned in a week. When I walked in, there were two hosts who didnt greet me or my party. We wanted to order to go, so I helped myself to a few menus, walking right past both hosts who still did not say anything to me. I asked the host after a few minutes if we could place a to go order with her and she said no and asked if I was over 21. I am, so she sent me up to the bar to place my order with the bartender who was very busy, while she was doing nothing. When I finally got the bartenders attention to place my to go order, he asked my for my ID. I hadnt brought my ID because I wasnt planning on drinking, just ordering food to go. He tried to tell me to leave and order with the host, but I convinced him to take my order and said Id leave the bar area and come back to pick it up. He was rude and took down my order anyway. He didnt tell me how long it would take or ask me my name or phone number or anything. So I went back to the entrance and waited. While I was there I watched the two hosts stand around and avoid greeting customers. One of them sent a couple to the bar that clearly wanted a table, but she didnt offer them any other options. She just said "there are seats at the bar" when they walked in and hardly even looked at them. They looked very confused and didnt know what to do, but I guess she was just too busy not washing the windows. When I got home to eat, my chicken sandwich was burnt. It was already too much of an unprofessional hassle to get the food, there was no way I was going back. Ill never go to this location again.

This was "my" Red Robin for the 3 years I lived in Fed Way. Used to be pretty good. I mean, nothing to write home about, but I love Red Robin, and this one was decent. I would eat their 1 or 2 times a week, usually on a regular schedule. The staff knew me by name and put my order in before I was seated. Over the last year or so, its changed. I still stop on once a month or so, and a few of the staff are the same, but the best ones? All gone now. The place is never clean, I often go to seat myself in the bar, and their are 4 or 5 empty tables waiting to be bused. I sit for 15 - 20 mins before anyone approaches me to ask if I want a menu. 30 mins waiting on the smallest, simplest burger they make, even when theyre not busy. Often get my order wrong (just meat, cheese, bun, how hard is that?) Never refill my drink. The worst part is the attitudes. Everyone from the hostest to the bartender to the wait staff treats me as if theyre annoyed I came in. Like, ugh, now they have to wait on me. Im the lowest maintenece customer ever. I want my water refilled once or twice if I empty it, and ask me once if I want more fries... I usually politely decline. When they arent completely ignoring me, theyre impatient and not really listening, it seems, in a rush to get somewhere elese, even whe. Im the only customer... small wonder this place is half empty. I dont live nearby anymore. My new Red Robin is excellent. Ill probably stop hitting this one when I pass through town from now on.

While we were seated quickly, it was quite sometime before our server came to greet us and take our order. While waiting quite some time for our food, a pathetically small basket of fries was brought for a family of 5. Then when my sons kid shake came, it was melted, only 3/4 full and didnt have any whip cream or sprinkles as pictured. The basket of fish and chips I ordered was gross. The fish barely cooked, and the garlic fries cold and soggy. My older sons burger, while he asked for "some pink", was mostly all pink. We had to flag down our server for napkins/flatware as there werent any on our table and none was brought with our food. He didnt come and check on us during the meal, and we were at the end of our meal when he finally came. It was then that we let him know about the cold fries and that wed like a refill on our sodas. He did apologize about the fries and said he would get some more going. By this time everyone had finished eating. When he came back with the fries, he then realized he forgot our drinks and went to go get them. The restaurant itself was dirty, including the bathrooms. Our family has been to many Red Robins and its a family favorite, however, we will never go back to this one.

Awful. Manager and server were both worthless. Extremely long wait, and the manager was upset with having to give me flatware for my salad. Our server wouldnt stop flirting with girls at other tables and checked in with us but once. Then when we have all finished our food, he tries to make a comeback and brings us 3 baskets of blazing hot fries, plus more mac-n-cheese which we didnt want/need. If thats not bad enough the menus were so dirty I had wash my hands before eating. The bathrooms were the worst Ive seen in a long while, some portapotties are better. The only thing I like was the music, and it wasnt even on. You know your slogan, "Red Robin, yummm", well it wont be a Red Robin after I come in, because the food will make me barf on it. It will be like a blue or brown robin. So, if your going to a Red Robin ever again, never ever go to to the Federal Way Red Robin. One of the worst parts was that their voices when they sang happy birthday was off-pitch and there was four birthdays. Oh yea and if you drink more than one glass dont come here, cause they dont believe in refills. I wouldnt come here again if the food was free.

First of all i never give reviews to restaurants because I like to be reserve but This place deserves 0 stars ......today me and my family went there tonight around 8:20 pm to celebrate my sons bday and the wait wasnt long we got sat with Nichole our server at table 11 she ask for our drinks and she took it we told her that we wanted to order the nachos as a aappetizer she said ok we got our drinks after 5 min and then she took out order later on we got our meals we never received our appetizer ...he came back later on and ask if we wanted desserts and we say yes we ask for the sugar doughnuts and she it was 2 sizes 1 of 6 and the other one off 12 she came back with the donuts and theyre were only 4 I ask her if thought you said it was 6 and she laughed and reply ups sorry it might be because Im new ..???????? What kind of behaviour its this ?? Who is thinning this people ??? I feel very very disappointed for the hospitality this kind of restaurant is giving.. smh! The manager never stop to our table not even once to see how was everything?? ...o not go to this place unless you want to waste your time and money .
