Service is horrible the servers are way too busy on their phones recording the band when you order food or drinks they forget to bring it or give it to a other table you ask for a simple think like napkins which should already be on the table and utensils and it will take them about a hour just to bring it every time they mess up on your order its always an excuse I understand a couple mess ups but this was insane and they hold your bank card because theyve had a lot of people skip out on the bill but I understand why since their service sucks I would have left as well we probably orderd 8 drinks and only got 2 the rest we just canceled having to remind the servers that you ordered drinks 4 times and they still dont bring it out but you will see them on their phones never again will I come here

This place has a B for a reason. Waitresses give attitude when you dont tip but then again why would we. We got seated waited 15 mins for a menu & we only got it cause we asked for it. They only took our order cause we asked them after 30 minutes waiting for them to come. They dont come check up on you. We ordered ceviche & not even to include some lemon or avocado. Had to be chasing the waitresses around to ask for napkins or anything else we needed. Its horrible service. There famous for there micheladas but not worth driving 1 hour 30 minutes to that place. If your getting horrible service. Especially when there rated a B drove home nauseous the whole way back.

Worse place ever. When you visit be prepared to run inside and find a table yourself no one greets you. Second of all they let you sit for 30 minutes, and no waitress comes to take your order. Also, be prepared to just serve yourself you have to get up and look for a waitress even though they keep passing by you. Third of all, 20/20 charges so much money for their drinks and food, but yet you cant get multiple menus because they dont have enough of them. Finally... Bad customer service definitely not coming back. I feel beter treated and served at other restaurants not like this one.. Sincerely table 8 sat july 8

Worst experience I ever had.... my waitress name was Angela she charged me for the wrong order and I went to complain then she said she cancelled my first order and charge me again for my order I left happy.. but then I waited one week later to see if they put my money back on my card and saw they didnt so I try calling the number for the receipt and no one answer. So then I had to drive to restaurants mind you live 30 minutes away to talk to the manager.. when I got there I noticed that the restaurant is "B" health grade wish gross me out

Let me just start by saying the BACON wrapped wings were to DIE for! Best wings ive ever had! I also has the shrimp and octopus ceviche and it was perfect! Whether you are a beer or hard liqour type there are so many types of drinks to choose from. I chose some type of mango/Jose type thing (dont remember what it was called) and it was delicious! Service was great waiters were super friendly and attentive. Overall love the place will definitely be going back!

Maybe these people that are complaining about this place its because they simply dont know how to tip well. If you tip a 20% tip u get really good service. Its called common courtesy and appreciation to the staff that serves your food and drinks. These people work hard and sometimes that people that complaint dont know how to appreciate good service. So take your crying ass to McDonalds and order your self a coke on rocks and Big Mac and STFU!!

So we (10 people) came to the 20/20 bar and grill on Saturday (12/18/16) and they were getting ready to close!?!?!? It was 12:17 pm and we thought we could concluded at the 20/20 bar and grill but we were denied! I was told that they are closed due to lack of people at the bar. Hope business picks up so we can come with more people on another day. I was really looking forward to a mango Michelada. Thanks 20/20 bar.

This place is a joke. They offered a couple of colleges and I a free beer if we would download the yelp app and leave them a good review. What kind of business has to bribe people for good reviews. Earn your reviews. The way everybody else does. Obviously you have to bribe people because your service sucks, your food is horrible (hence the B grade), and you have the worst service.

The Food is Great and Micheladas are "OK" (Too Spicy For my taste, and others in my group said the same). The Bartender Jason does a good job with Mixed drinks! If youre not sure what you want give him an idea and he will come up with something good. Music here could use some consistency, goes from one genre to something completely different from song to song.

They have a live band and thats good and all but for gods sake its so loud and you cant even talk to people and it hurt my ears just by been there and doesnt help that its on a closed space so the noice was so much worse. not coming back here again. would talk about the food and drinks but I just couldnt be there enough time to even order anything.

Taking forever music is great everyone looks like they are not having a good time....Should have just made it a restaurant or better yet bring Margarita beach back.....Need more waitresses it takes too long for them to come take your order or they cant multitask.....Hopefully they get better not looking so good

Worst experience in my life. Went there today waited for 30 min no menu in hand I had to ask my son to ask 1 of the 2 waitresses working there and waited another 20 without my family and I being acknowledged. We gave up walked out and went to Red Lobster instead. I wish I could give this a negative review

The service was slow. The shrimp and octopus coctail not enough in it for what tou pay for. Got my food before my drinks. No eye contact from any waitresses. Then the band came thank god I was just leaving. To small of a place for the band to play that loud.

Its Monday trying to get my drink and grub on, almost 6pm and this place is closed. Online it states they open @4pm. No hours sign on the door either. If I would of known this place has a "B" rating would of never considered coming in the first place.......
