The food was tasty and the sushi was delicious. However the service was absolutely horrible. We were there a total of 2 hours and only saw the 3 times. The first was when she originally gave us our drinks. She never brought the highchairs or booster seat to the table and we had to hunt them down ourselves. The second was after looking 20 minutes before We had left when we were out of drinks and a table full of dirty dishes that had not once been touched. The entire time we waited and looked to not find her. Another member of my party flagged her while she was walking by. She used the excuse that she was still getting over bronchitis and didnt want to blow fire in everyones face. She followed the same excuse to the party 2 tables down. When we were ready for the ticket we had to hunt her down again. She was nowhere on the floor. After a 3 time walk around, I simply went to the hostess. She went to fetch the ticket and gave it to us. As we were cleaning up she came out the third time to look for a tip and clean up. She kept making more excuses and how she didnt know we were ready for the ticket. By this point, I was annoyed and one of my party members told her simply "you cant know when you barely come out to see your customers and they have to come find you or flag you down to get service." harsh perhaps but true and good advice for her to learn from. She responded with a very rude and snappy tone "I have 6 tables and other customers so Im sorry if I wasnt up to your expectations." (these tables were small parties and remember that we xoildnt find her on then floor at any table) at this point I went to find a manager. I asked the lady at the cash register to please find me a manager. The girl had apparently decided to follow me, and walked around the counter leaned in the door and snapped "this lady wants to talk to you about me" and stormed off. I refrained from saying anything and talked to the manager. She disappeared to "talk" with her and then came out and said sorry to me and my son. Your customers is what makes your business and if your staff treats them like dirt, then they dont return. If she is incaple of such then this place needs to find better employees to pay and let her to work fast-food. And of it was over being sick with bronchitis then why would you ever let her work while sick and her pass something like that to your customers? Disgusting!

Customer service was lacking alot. 1. Manager ran into my mother and aunt almost knocking them down, no apology was offered. 2. We were seated in an area (back of restaurant) that made it difficult for the people in the next table and our table to get to the table without constantly bumping each other. Now, the entire front of the restaurant was empty chairs. 3. Manager and waitress constantly keep watching our table, but didnt refill drinks. We had to ask for refills. We tried several times to get the attention of the waitress to ask for napkins and a straw, when we finally did get her attention she told us t I wait. She returned to cleaning the table next to us off never came back with the straw. Since the manager keep such a close eye on our table we flagged him over and asked him for the straw. 4.The explanation for their behavior and treatment was because " black people had left without paying prior" (his words) to us coming. 5. When signing my credit card receipt I left this same critique on the back of the receipt; the waitress read it and aggressively confronts me. Im never going back to this place and pay my hard earned money to people who stereotypes. Just completely unprofessional!

Dissatisfied with service!! I ordered to go and requested a Sushi To Go and a Lunch Plate. The waitress insisted I get my sushi plate first so she could count it to calculate my bill before hand. So I proceeded to get my sushi together and brought it back and she told me my price for the Sushi and Lunch plate and I went ahead and paid. I then went off to make the lunch plate. When I was finished I came back to get my Sushi she was holding until I was finished making my plate. The door greater then approached me at the desk while I was getting my stuff and said she only charged you for 6 Sushi and you have 7. I was thinking she was just making me aware but not going to charge me since I used a card to make my purchase and It is OBVIOUSLY not my fault her waitress cant count!!! The door greater then says well you dont have .75 well of course I do but YOU maam have poor customer service skills!! Yall put a bad taste in mouth. This is the first time I ever took the time to write a review.

We have eaten here many times and have rarely been disappointed in the quality and quantity of the food and appearance of the dining room. Of particular note is the excellent courteous table service. When we are fortunate enough to get him, Leo Zheng is outstanding as is his wife Lilly. During this past year there was a transition of staff/cooks and the quality of the food suffered some during for a few weeks. Food tastes nasty tonight. I highly dont recommend this to place to anyone on the coast im very disappointed. Normally when I came here the food with milk in It didnt taste sour. The egg drop soup,macaroni and cheese,and coconut shrimp tasted like it had spoiled milk in it. Id give this place a zero "0" if I could because of how rude the manager was towards me and my wife. They tasted the macaroni and said it was "Fine" and "The egg drop soup was made hours ago,it should be fine" The server was friendly though but the manager was rude. Highly disappointing.

The food is very good but the only thing I HATE is when you need a refill of tea and they pick up your glass with everybody elses glass... I hate that! You dont know if you are actually getting your glass back or someone elses glass. I dont understand why they dont purchase pitchers.. Ive even mentioned this to the staff and manager but they still havent purchased any. I will find another place to eat until they purchase them. If you go there ask for a to-go cup so that you know which glass is yours :-)

Food was old raw and just nasty we told them they still maid us pay full price .... Its been about a year since the last time I ate there I used to eat there all the time so I expected it to still be good but I was way wrong its nasty and 0 customer service granted the cashier was trying to explain to the boss/management but she failed because they couldnt speak English. ... wont be going back.

I love this place. The freshest food at a reasonable price. Snow crabs, sushi ,crawfish, vegetable shrimp, butterfly shrimp, sushi stuffed shrimp, fried rice, octopus, frog legs, bake fish ( mullet,tilapia,salmon) Mac and cheese soups, fruits, desserts , sesame chicken, general tso, black pepper chicken and etc. This place rocks, Ive been several times approxiametely 13 times.
