We have been in the process of remodeling our kitchen and have been sampling some new restaurants since we cant cook at home and yesterday decided to try this place after reading several "reviews" that stated that this is the best italian restaurant in Orlando. Apparently the owners are writing these so called "reviews" or these people have never eaten at any decent italian restaurant as this place was the worst so called italian food we have ever tried, even worst than Olive garden. We ordered the fettuccine alfredo, baked ziti and egg plant parmesan. The alfredo had no taste and hardly any sauce at all, the baked ziti had no sauce and was definitely not baked as every other good ziti we have had has the cheese browned into a nice crust but not so at this place. The eggplant parmigiana had what looked to be canned tomato sauce with absolutely no seasonings or herbs and was terrible. Needless to say we will not be returning to this place and will be telling the rest of our friends and family to avoid this place.

The Service here was horrible. First they gave me a hard time over using the restroom because they thought I wasnt I patron. After ordering my pizza to go, I noticed a two for 1 promotion posted outside and asked the cashier if I could get that special. At first, she said I could but she would have to charge me an extra 1.50 for the extra topping on the pizza I already ordered. I agreed that would be fine but then the manager came over and said I couldnt have the special because I couldnt pay for mozzarella as a separate topping. In other words, they would not honor the special since I had already paid full price. Smart business would honor the specials posted rather than try to screw people over. In the end, dont they realized they are losing future business? Additionally, the pizza was so-so.....nothing I would go back for, especially for $25 a pie.

Recommendations for this place to be a solid 5 star restaurant: 1). Fountain drinks. We ordered diet cokes and they came in a bottle and my fiancé drinks atleast four a meal so he was sipping very little to not exceed one to pay for another one (because they charge you $3). Plus, fountain sodas are just tastier than bottled sodas. 2). Toasted/warm bread before our meal. We received complimentary bread with oil and balsamic vinegar however the bread wasnt cooked at all or even warm. Was kind of pointless to eat it. 3). Getting garlic bread with our meal. We had the baked ziti and the lasagna and it was AMAZING. But, it would have been so much better piling it up on some garlic bread. 4). Faster check out time. We waited 20 mins for someone to come and pick up our plates and give us the check. Other than that, it was great!

an excellent restaurant for those wanting a non chain experience. there are two haves a take out and an eat in. we ate "in" tonight being on vacation. they brought us both the in and take out menus t our request. the ambiance is very neat and classy for having about 12 tables. very friendly owner and waitress. we ordered a delicious Ceasar salad and a pizza. toppings were varied, they even had salami something rare for pizza restaurants. the sauce was very good, and the crust was fantastic. You will not be disappointed eating here.

I was wanting some good pizza and the hotel recommended Famas Pizza. When I arrived the restaurant was empty at 7:00. That should have been a sign for me but I decided to stay. I was disappointed that the pizza (12") was just a frozen crust and was nothing special for the price of $11. Service was good, but I asked for some sauce to dip my crust in and it was delivered to the table cold. I would not come back again.

It was my first time there l, had a party of six and ordered breshcetta antapasta, chatni wine, and my server was Kim. I could tell she loved her job and was very knowledgeable of menu choices, probably the best server I had. She recommended the tiramisu with a cappuccino for dessert and it was delicious. Definitely going there again soon.

$$22 for 16inch pizza tasted half way cooked, doughy way too chewy, cheese tasted extra chewy like it sat unwrapped for too long. $7 fries ffs.. 45 min delivery time when im 2 min drive then have to meet driver in lobby.. Cmon get it together. Ive had much better for much less elsewhere save your money the 4.3 review on google threw me off.

Famas was wonderful! True mom-and-pop vibe, great service with speed and positive attitude. Food was delicious, Chianti pours were generous. Environment was relaxing for the guests, professional for the employees. I would definitely go back for the good food and one more smile from the owner- who doubled as our server. Buon appetito!

What a charming spot! The owner spoke to us and help serve! He was so adorable! Our server was super sweet too! He added to the atmosphere of the restaurant. I totally felt the Italian family love! You could taste it in the food. My pizza and salad was delish! It was a lovely way to finish the night.

Food was terrific, prices were reasonable. Staff was attentive. Definitely a good family type place to eat among the tourist area of Orlando. A real pleasant surprise. Wife had the lasagna and said it was superb. I had pizza which was delicious. Id go again and I dont really like Italian food.

The staff is amazing! It is a small little hole in the wall with authentic Italian food. Most everything is made by hand and fresh, and if not, the owner is extremely picky of where he gets his supplies which is a good thing. The food was great. I would recommend going there for a great meal!

Overall good but not amazing. I much prefer fresh fountain drinks over a bottle. Food was appealing but not amazing. Bread was a nice touch but only had a tiny amount of olive oil to add to it. Could be better but our meal was good and fine but not amazing

Hands down, The Best Veal Marsalis Ive ever had. The sauce was so good I couldnt stop dunking my bread in it. The veal was so tender and perfectly fried. In a town where everything is chain restaurants, I finally found a real Italian meal.

Excellent tomato sauce. We went after a long day at Disney and the garlic bread with sauce was amazing. My children had to ask for extra. All of the family enjoyed their food. The service was warm and friendly. Highly recommended.
