We got there around 12:30 after bar hopping in downtown Redlands, the lady tells us well we close in a hour so we wont charge you the hour. Awesome I thought. We sit down and the Waitress comes and I ask for a two beers, she said two beers or do you want a pitcher? (I thought if your asking if I want a pitcher knowing am only asking for two beers than I have enough time to finish my pitcher) so of course I get the pitcher, my wife and I start playing she brings the pitcher. We finish one game, my wife heads to the restroom, and they tell us they are closing soon and we cant play another game. I complained to the main bartender and she "allows" is to stay n finish the pitcher. When my wife returns she says that she left her phone in the bathroom and goes back to find it. Am trying to down the pitcher cuz they are turning off all the lights now, while one of the girls that works there starts a brand new game. My wife comes back and her phone was stolen, the lady said am so sorry and goes to ask if someone has turned it in. Comes back and no one has it but tells us am sorry we are closing. Never again.

If you are a pool player, dont bother. The tables are mostly level, but the cushions are loose or installed incorrectly. Pocket liners are held in with screws so you cut your hands when reaching for balls. The balls are so used they look 50 years old. If you want a drink or food youll have to walk to the bar because the waitress is too busy taking selfies behind the bar to come to your table. Oh, and bring lots of money. You can get a full meal someplace else for what an order of fries will cost you here. And they dont take credit cards? Whats up with that?

This is the best sports bar in the Inland Empire! The Pool Club is what a sports bar should be. Big screens and TVs everywhere with every sports game you can imagine. The staff is attentive and the food is great!!! What a fun place- dart boards, pool tables, and big selection of music on surround sound. There is an ATM on site, but you can use your credit card. Not to mention all the beers on tap. By the way, my beer was cold for hours, who knew polycarbonate cups were so insulated! This is the ideal place for a guys and girls night out.

I dont do reviews but this place definitely ticked me off. The hours are from 12pm-2am right? So why is the last call for drinks at 12:45am? Then once we get all of our drinks they tell us to be done by 1:30am or they are calling the cops makes no sense to me plus the bar service is crappy, the bathrooms are a mess with water on the floor with no signs. Shake my head maybe they wanted to go home. I dont know and dont care I was going to have a somewhat good time and definitely did not get that

Im giving this place "good" only because the bar back Yvonne was AMAZING because she does her job plus the drunk airheaded bartenders Tessies job. The bartender Tessie is a descraces to bartenders. How she has a job is beyond me. So if your looking to drink and shoot pool here, youll pretty much only shoot pool if Yvonne is NOT working. Waiting for Tessie to serve you or return from drinking and playing pool as if she is a customer vs. a bartender you will be sober!!

Im what you call a "regular" ... Stoped by with my compa Churro, we ordered a pitcher of Budweiser (The King), well the beer was flat - I go up to Monica the bar tender.... I explained the situation and she acts study "Flat? What do you mean? -She said.. Point is I dont care if you cant help me... Find some one who can.... And act stupid!!!!! Good place, food, people ......

The bartender charged me $40 for 4 beers. I opened a tab with $20 and got 1 $5 corona. Then I came back to get two more plus one for the homie and she said I owed her for his beer when I already opened a $20 tab? She refused to give my my change twice, after I gave her another $20 to tip herself $5. I walked out to calm down. Were either going to court or shes giving me $20

This place has two out of three of my favorite elements in a night out. They have a lot of pool tables here. I have never had to wait for a table. They also have a good selection of beer. And its kept cold. The only thing that it lacks is an abundance of single women. Just gotta remember youre in San Bernardino and in Berdoo you dont always get what you want.

Its a decent place and relatively clean. It can be pretty packed. Sometimes the music is blasting too loud which is unfortunate of you are unlucky enough to have a pool table right in front of the giant speaker as your only option. Also, sometimes they refuse to give you tap water trying to force you to pay their outrageous price for bottled water.

Terrible. They over charge for the scotch by about 30 per cent, and they serve it in plastic glasses. The bartender, Lucy, while pleasant enough, never came back to see if we needed anything else, even though there were only five other people in the place. I wont be coming back here.

Dont go unless you want crappy service, 18$ pitchers, A buddy paid one price for a beer and my other friends girl got the same beer 5min later and got charged more during happy hour .only reason I rated it one star was cause I couldnt rate less .. Flat beer with plastic cups

Super young waitress, didnt write any orders down and obviously could not remember it all. Hostess had very strong accent and says $2 hr to play pool, so we both heard, turns out she said $10hr, quite a diffrence. Overall just an ok time.

Bring cash or credit card, no debit cards accepted, glasses for beer are plastic?! Beer gets warm quickly...unless ur a regular ull definitely b treated differently, this place has changed :(

An empty beers been sitting in front of me for half an hour right in front of the bartender, they wont take a card they make you use the atm for $2.75
