Firstly, my husband has heard raves about their pizza. I didnt want to order from here, its an unknown, but thought we would try it. I went to their website. The website hasnt been updated for 15 months? The coupons posted expired in March of 2012. So I went to take a look at their menu, as they advertise "delicious dinners." Really? The link to the menu produced nothing. So.....its pizza! We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and banana peppers. They told us it was a 45 minute delivery time and it was. However, the pizza was just awful! It doesnt appear as if they cooked it very long. The banana peppers were tough and the cheese still look like it was in pieces, instead of having melted. The peppers and the pepperoni slid off as the cheese wasnt melted enough to hold them on. Their use of spices was overpowering..was it oregano?

I walked in alone and sat down waiting for someone to take my order. 25min later the lady behind the counter kept chatting to the other customers. I was never treated like this before in this resturant cos i go there often. When I got mad enough i called and aske if they had anyone taking orders on the floor, and i told her i been out there at a table for so long. Sure enough the girl behind the bar cam trotting out talking abt she was sorry she thought i was with the other black girl waiting for her order at the counter,,,,,What? i was nowhere near them and they was there before i walked in and we didnt even look in eachothers direction. Pissssst is the word. Never again will i go there and be treated as though im with anyone there thats black. shame too cos they catered my last birthday party!!!

I usually go to the store in Canal Winchester with a friend of mine and have a decent time. However, I went there last night by myself and had one the worst experiences dining out Ive ever had. The service was absolutely unacceptable. They werent busy, but I had to wait extensively to order my food. The 3 servers/bartenders seemed more occupied by getting their night work done then paying attention to me. When my pizza arrived, they did not provide me with the parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes that they are supposed to. The bartender never asked how my food was. The pizza was undercooked and had way too much sauce on it. I would have asked to speak to a manager, but I never saw one and was unable to get the attention of any of the staff. Horrible experience and would never recommend.

This is my first review but after my experience I couldnt help but share with everyone. Went in tonight for the first time,despite other recent reviews. Got a large pep and 2 Italian subs. One of the managers ,Aaron I believe is the man who helped us. He had a great attitude and welcomed us as soon as we came in the door. Good was fast and hot and was great. I absolutely love their subs. Crispy crust so of course I went for the edge pieces haha. I will be coming back very soon. May even stop in to try the bar and check out some of the "bar food." Keep it up guys definitely a diamond waiting to be found by everyone else!

Tried Extra Large (16") pizza with plenty of veggies, pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese. The crust is nice and thin, crisp, and the toppings go just about to the edge, so that is nice. There is plenty of cheese, but it was very bland (most likely it was straight mozerella) and covered up any other flavors of the pizza. Pepperonis also had almost no flavor and were very small. The pizza was $18 but if you go on Mondays you can get pizzas for half off and a pitcher of Bud light for $5. Probably wont go back again unless its a Monday and I happen to be in Pickerington. Overall, this pizza filled me up but had no flavor.

Amazing pizza (try the meat lovers!) And a great server who actually had a personality! Audrey was great, some of the BEST service we have had anywhere in a long time. The popcorn while you are waiting is an unexpected and nice touch. We will be back! Oh...and the pizza is WAY better if you take the time to eat it fresh as opposed to carryout. Still good with carryout, but outstanding fresh!!!

My sister passed away and we came from her service Friday evening heading to spend time with family my brother stopped and bought 6 XL pizzas and the lady on duty gave him a discount for ordering so many, was a great gesture considering the situation, kudos to Bonnie & Randy for having a compassionate staff and the pizza was phenomenal as always

Pizza and breaded mushrooms were very good. The reason for 3 stars is they serve on Styrofoam plates and only use prepackaged salad dressings. I would have expected homemade dressing from a mom and pop restaurant like this. Its worth a trip but, would not frequent due to being environmentally unfriendly.

Grapevines calzone is one of the best Ive ever had. The crust is crispy and buttery and its loaded with cheese and whatever else you want in it. This is our go-to meal. The Pickerington pizza choices are kind of limited so we were pleased to have found these calzones.

Customer service is ridiculously non-existent. This place has become a loud bar with focus on the bar and those sitting around it. Good luck getting a waitress to help you. I will use drive through pick up because I do like their subs and some of their pizzas.

Their pizzas use to be great. Lately the pizzas are dry, no taste or they taste like cardboard. Their pickup is getting to be a joke, the people that work at the desk are rude teenage girl who are more interested in themselves than the customers.

It was awesome pizza. Havent been her for 12 years because I live in Akron, but my sisters family lived in pickerington for years and we all loved your pizza when you just had the small place in same plaza.

Great pizza and on Monday nights if you dine in all pizzas on the menu are half price. The staff is also very friendly.....oh and FREE as much as you can eat pop corn!
