Although I can not say everything was bad, the majority of our order was very disappointing. I was sick today so we ordered out. We had received a menu from here in the mail and decided to try it. The sum of our order with a tip was $50 and the amount of food we got was a rip off compared to the places we normally order from. I got the Greek salad with chicken, it came in a container the size of a side salad. When I put it on a plate it was pretty much all lettuce, with 3 slices of tomatoes, about the same amount of cucumbers, some onion, and a few olive slices. If I wanted a plate of lettuce, I would have went in my fridge. My husbands wings were over cooked and dry and my daughter ordered the cannelloni and it was extremely small. After eating we all had to make ourselves more to eat, everyone was still hungry (and no we are not big people, my daughter is a toothpick). On a positive note, my older son ordered a couple slices of pizza and said it was ok and the younger son did love the calzone, but all in all, it was a huge disappointing waste of money. There are too many other restaurants around that are cheaper and give you better tasting food and more food then you can even eat. We dont eat out often, so I really felt like a huge chunk of money was wasted. I will not recommend any of my friends, family , or neighbors this restaurant, and if they do decide to go there, out of 5 different meals we ordered, I can only suggest the calzone, because my 11yr old said it was good. One other positive note, the girl answering the phone and the delivery driver were very polite and professional, no problem with the service we received. It was also delivered in a timely manner. (Hence the 2 stars I did give the restaurant).

Me and my husband have been ordering from here for over 2 years. Up until now the service and food have been awesome! Until today, we initially called to place an order and was was told a wait time of an hour and 15 minutes. No biggie its Friday. When 6:30 rolled around we called to check the status and the guy that answers tells us " Its in transit". 7 pm rolls around around and our pizza is finally delivered, but its cold ! So we place a call to the store to notify them that we placed an order at 5pm, did not receive it until 7 pm (cold mind you), and the manager who spoke to us told us in quite the flippant fashion of a sullen teenager response was "Its Friday, Im sorry that you had to wait on a Friday, thats our usual wait time." somehow he was unable to empathize with us merely due to the fact of us RECEIVING our order. The point is that its cold! And we have been ordering from you all for 2 years at least twice a month. This will be the last time that we order from here. Very disappointed in the service today.

They have fresh ingredients and good pizza, with the exception of the deep dish. I was severely disappointed. Its bread heavy. About an inch of thick bread and a crisp bottom. This is that type of pizza that doesnt really have an outside crust. Its just flat and rectangular and is the same width as the rest of the pizza. They can get away with this on this type of "deep dish pizza" because the toppings arent proportionate to the amount of bread there is. Crust holds on the sauce, cheese and toppings, but theres not enough toppings on their pizza so it doesnt need an actual crust. Its a shame because their toppings are delicious and fresh. Amazing sauce. Ive eaten their regular pizza before and it was delicious and well made. Well made deep dish pizza is amazing, saucy and loaded with cheese. Primo Brothers deep dish is not.

This was the worst experience EVER!!!! I ordered a pizza and wings an hour in advanced to ensure prompt delivery (since I was ordering it during my lunch break). As the time got close to delivery my stomach was grumbling away nonstop so much that after the first 10 min. late I called to make sure the address was correct. It obviously was, so then I waited another 15 min. and still nothing so then I called again and I got the same response that "he is on his way". I couldnt take it any longer I was loosing my mind so after an hour and half later still nothing so I finally decided to callback and cancel the order. I was so disappointed that I ended up writing this review to give everybody the HEADS UP. If you place a delivery order dont expect it to arrive on TIME!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN......

For the last couple of months the food has been horrible!!!!! Last week we ordered a large supreme pizza and it was not good at all. The cheese was clumped onto the pizza the crust was burned, and the sausage had no flavor. Today i ordered the lasagna and again i was highly disappointed. The lasagna was runny. Instead of thin layers of pasta and a layer of ground beef, you got a runny pie with very few layers of pasta, and there was hardly any beef on the pie. It was horrible!!! I dont know what happened but we are taking our business elsewhere. I use to love this spot but the food has gone down.

Terrible experience. The boy taking our order got it wrong, which was an honest mistake and not a problem at all. The problem came when we realized the mistake and alerted the owner to the fact that my son never received his meal. Her response was incredibly unapologetic and not at all helpful. It was a very poor experience and I would recommend all avoid this restaurant in the future. I certainly will not be back. There are too many great restaurants in Dallas with owners that know how to handle what should have been an easy mistake to correct.

Pizza was aweful. Crust was stale like the made the dough wrong, and the manager kept telling me that it was New York Style Pizza... but no wait it was thin crust... no new york... no thin. THEY ARENT THE SAME THING. When i complained about the crust he was like... well people dont eat that so it doesnt matter. The mushrooms werent fresh, the spinach was clearly from a frozen pack, and the delivery guy was rude. I was really dissapointed overall.

My husband and I ordered a pizza based on positive online reviews. It was overcooked and flavorless. We decided to give the place another chance and ordered pasta: lasagna for him, ravioli for me. It was the worst pasta weve ever eaten. My husband threw his out and what I got was not ravioli. It was mostly nothing but a pan of tomato sauce with a little cheese and a few pasta scraps thrown in -- yes scraps, not even whole pieces of pasta.

To be honest, I didnt expect much and because Pizza Hut was close by too, I almost defaulted to them, but Im so glad I chose Primo Brothers. It has been a while since Ive had an excellent pizza but this was up there for sure! I cant even remember what I ordered. It was just a blur of deliciousness from start to finish. Give them a chance. Pop in or opt for delivery if you live near! Theyre really good at what they do!
