1st of all when you go there you may get good service but might not. I got tired of the 50/50 good /bad service. So I decided to get a delivery, Im like they do it at every Dallas BBQ. But you wouldnt believe what they tell me..... They only deliver to the surrounding 2 blocks...?????? what??? I then spoke to the Manger who confirms this stupid deliver service. The people that lives 2 blocks away can walk there, what about the people 10 blocks away and more. He tells me 1st they keep quitting and they have a shortage. Then he says they walk ,no bike,car,scooter... Bro its 2015 you can do better than that. This is the worst DallasBBQ in NYC. And going to ruin the franchise name and reputation. This is crazy they only service the college kidsin the dorms not the community for delivery. And we were here wayyyyy before. Gentrification at its best!!!!!!!

I decided to go to this new location and I thought the setup was very nice but it seemed a little congested and crowded. Even with it being empty it seems like the next table is attached to yours and the person that comes to sit at the table next to you is almost on your lap. Although we like fast service, this service was a little bit too fast for me. I believe I got my food in literally 6 minutes after I ordered it, the entire table. And the appetizers came out even sooner. So Im thinking if they have this stuff already pre made sitting out. Which goes to show that we really didnt enjoy the food that time. Of course the drinks were very good

First time Ive been there and I thought "ok, this shouldnt be that bad" NOPE ! WRONG! ..it was a horrible experience.. The host sat us in the middle of the floor so I kindly asked her if I could change seats simply because I didnt want to sit in the middle of the floor and she told me no because the booths are for groups of 4 people or more so i asked her if i can sit at another table and she immediately caught an attitude walked away from me and said "Im gonna lose my job today" .. This has got to be the worst customer service Ive ever had. With that being said if I could give no stars, i would, if that was an option.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Ive gone here once before and it was pretty good, but this time was bad. My fries tasted old and soggy and the waitress was very slow and had no enthusiasm. I also felt very sick shortly after and end up vomiting a few hours later, and when I checked my bank account today I saw the waitress had charged me twice. So instead of paying a modest $12 for myself, I had been charged $25. I wont be returning.

Absolutely horrid service. Woman took our order, didnt place it until we asked her whats taking so long AFTER 40 DAMN MINUTES. Every employee was on their phones and not doing anything at all. Asked to speak to a manager, and he did NOTHING for us. Terrible experience with even worse people. Hire some real trained waiters/waitresses or your business will go under very soon.

The service was good but the food was trash it was six of us at the table we ordered chicken wings and its like they cut the wings whole wings to be exact and they just toss those bad boys in the dip fryer and just bring it out no taste no seasoning nothing I dont recommend this shitty ass place to no one Go to apple bee Red lobster Buffalo wings Olive Garden Etccc

This restaurant has tremendously gone bad!! The service was horrific even though it was Friday and there were only a handful of people on the 2nd floor. We ordered a rack ribs and it was the smallest, meatless rack with no flavor drowned in their BBQ sauce! The only thing we enjoyed giving it 1 star was their Texas size Hennessy drink, you cant go wrong with that!

To much went wrong here today...I was so looking forward to my corn on the cob... they killed it cold dry ass corn. The waiter was not attaintive maybe he wasnt trained properly to know you dont pass your table with out check-in on them. My baked potato and the complimentary cup cake was the best. I dont understand its olny 3:30pm order#264188 I will NOT be back.

The food was nasty, a really low class place. Waiters need to be fired. I had the dinner of the day ,The meal had no flavor, and over cooked. The only thing I liked was the fries and the shrimp which I still give one star. They play the same music over and over..... Just know It took me 30 minz just to post this and the waiters still arent here with the bill.

I recently relocated from Houston and having lived in Arlington near Dallas for 4 years, I can say this is authentic Texas eating! I had low expectations because normally you find strange variations of "authentic" meals (NY pizza is not NY pizza if it aint made in NY if you get my drift) - but this has made me raise my bar for sure!

The waiter we had today was horrible. When looking to the staff for assistance they are busy taking selfies or hiding from ICE agents in Flatbush. The food is alright but thats just part of the experience. I hope management reads this and realize they shouldnt hire products of the environment. How we suppose to elevate?

Everything we ordered was bad. Boneless wings are huge and have small bones in them. Hannie Sauce was waaaaay overpowering. Steak tastes like a cheap steak. Only good thing we got were the spicy crab cakes. Not happy with my first visit and wont be making another one.

Love this food place. Food comes quick And taste delicious. There are veggie options and drinks. Cocktails and other things. There is even music playing and a big tv for entertainment. You get cupcakes in holidays and on birthdays. Love it! Keep it up Dallas BBQ

I had to take two stars off because the bathroom isnt clean in my opinion I almost passed out with that smell, I think it should be cleaned hourly . The food is good and so are the drinks ! A decent place to eat although the bathroom needs better attention !

Even if its packed they try to seat you as possible and the waiters are always pleasant. The food comes in a timely manner and their drinks do their job. I more often than not get virgin pinacoladas but ive seen th affect of their other drinks. Great Place.

The food is ok, though Ive had better. Its is far better than the one Downtown. The service is good depending on when you go and who you get saddled with. Love the private rooms for then you want to dine in peace with your family and friends.

Mommy daughter day, so we stopped in was seated fast and the food was great. The service was great as well. Parking in the area is a little difficult unless you park in targets garage. Enjoy!!! Sticky wings are mmmmh hmmmmm delish.

This place was horrible the service sucks the drinks were bad. The waitresses are lost they know nothing about the seating arrangement.I would not recommend this place to anyone just go downtown to the bbqs on Livingston street.

Horrible management. Servers are unsure of sections. Have a newborn and was asked to leave stroller at the door at 3pm when restaurant was not busy. Once entered i witnessed three strollers throughout this 3000 sq ft location
