Its not bc of the food it is bc of the service of one young beatiful african american at the window. She was being harrased by an older caucasian jerk lady. Who tried to degrate her on her service when i witnessed everything and it was clear the jerk lady was just giving her a bad time bc she was a jerk. I believe the workers name was mariah??? But i could have it wrong. But she was the person on the drive thru service at about 7pm. She was professional and did not let it bother her. Good job to her. She was by far the mature person in this mater.

THE WORST EVER!!! If I can give them a Zero I would. They not only make you wait long on the drive through, yeah you heard me right, not the inside line, THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!! They also screw up your order. When you report to management, you dont get anything, when you report to corporate, they send you a crummy $20 certificate. AFTER SPENDING HOURS AND ALMOST $100!!! The severity of their service sucks.

This place sucks!!! the service is BAD TRIPLE BAD!!! I live right by this place and i have never gotten my food without some kind of problem. The managers treat their employees like dirt and talk bad to them in front of customers, Especially Tanisha. She is short and mean and disrespectful. AND ITS NOT FAST FOOD IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT TEN MINUTES ACROSS THE PARKING LOT JUST TO GET YOUR FOOD COLD!!!!!!

I could go on and on,but bottom line is this place SUCKS!!!!!!! Not sure if it is the employees or their training they always rush you through one time I couldent get my money out before they rushed me the place really needs help

Food was disgusting and dried up. I asked her if I can get a fresh one and she just laughed at me and told me I have to wait if I want one. Sad that after all these bad reviews the corporate isnt willing to do anything about it.
