Well I worked as a server there up until today. A child threw up while I had a full section of people. I kindly asked my boss for help and let him know of the unsanitary situation. As I am the main contact of my guests food and drinks I asked him if we had any chemical spray to clean it up and he stated we didnt, we just had buckets of water with sanitizer. He also stated that as a manager it wasnt his job and he wasnt going to do it. I was confused of his statement as in prior situations he has said that if there is any kind of situation to go to a manager immediately. Now if I were a guest there I would not feel comfortable if I knew my server was handling other bodily fluids and coming in contact with my food immediately afterwards. My general manager stated I was being insubordinate and was writing me up. Now this is coming from a manager who says were a team at Buffalo and is always pushing for team work. Good teamwork Eric. You showed us below you on the ladder at Buffalo that we indeed are not a team. Thank you for writing me up for insubordination and telling everyone that you "fired" me. I was only trying to keep our guests satisfied with the food and make sure that they did not get throw up on anything that they ordered whether it be food or drink.

Barely anyone here and the service was poor. Food took forever and when it finally came out the onion rings were overly cooked, close to burnt, and the "ultimate nachos" was just lettuce and tomatoes. Had to walk up to the bar just to get another drink. After our food was dropped off it was over 30min before we saw our waitress again. She fibally came back and said "so sorry i forgot about you." Wont be coming back. We will take our business else where!!

Sooo, went with the family out around 3pm for an early dinner late lunch. Upon ordering our drinks and appetizer we waited for over 30 mins waiting upon drinks. When ordering our food some of use had special request. Everyone of our orders were wrong, brought my salad out when they brought my meal out. I am very disappointed in the service and quality of the food at this establishment, would not recommend.

I think they started a new promotion here where someone visits your table every five minutes. I get good customer service but there is overkill. You get your typical wings and fries here though I think they are a little over priced. Its nice to be able to sit and watch a game with good beer and wings though and they have every game on all the time.

I love the atmosphere at this Wing joint. They have really Flamin Hot Wings there which I really like! lots of big screen TVs very prompt and courteous service. Tablets for the kids to play on. Awesome selection of beer and adult brokerages! A+
