Honestly Im dissapointed that I cant submit 0 stars. I ordered two flavors, 15 wings, a simple order right? I received two wings for the second flavor despite the cashier telling me theyd be split 8 wings one flavor 7 wings the other. The cashier was more concerned with getting off work, seeing as they ran out after my order and waltzed back in to use the restroom all on chalantly, that they completely butchered my order, and failed to let me know that I wasnt recieving any of the sides despite me saying that I only didnt want a drink. They say, "I told you it was only wings" but the reality is that they were talking to fast and worried about getting off that I missed it and yet another customer complained about their hastiness. So, although upset, I ignored their blunder, and waited for my order. Did I mention that I payed for a second order for a friend, received my messed up order, that I havent checked because they have me my order so quick I assumed that it would be okay, and ended up waiting for 20+ minutes for the other order. Food cools down quickly, it cools down even quicker when the order comes in an opened container, that I was pleasantly surprised to find after Id driven back home. Then when I go to get my money back, the manager says that it was my fault for holding the bag wrong. Ive never received such terrible customer service, that I had to write about it. --------------------------------TLDR---------------------------------- The wings really dont even look good. Save your money. Save your time. And go somewhere else. 0 Stars for the record.

The food can vary between great and ok. However, the service is beyond slow. I dont believe its the employees but rather the strange phone ordering policy. It seems call in orders are only made when you pay in person and not started when you order on the phone. If its busy that means you have to wait in line for a long time, pay and then wait for everyone ordered after you to get their food first before they make your order. Its literally the worst service delivery system I have seen as calling in useless when they say 15 minutes it becomes an hour or more at times and wastes everyones time. In case the policy is in place because call in orders were not picking up, its best to cancel phone in orders as a service as the experience is awful as a customer. You go from FIFO to LIFO wth! Beware when ordering on the phone.

Horrible service cashier is ridiculously rude and all of the rest of the servers are scared of her The Establishment is unfortunately super small in the crowds are enormous and they want you to form one line if anyone live in the Bay Area Saturday October 15th then they know its storming outside its wet its crowded in our food is sitting on the counter getting cold I will never come here again my clients will no longer be able to eat Wingstop in my establishment and my kids will no longer ask for because I will not buy it for them

RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I went there and asked for 2 biscuits and a soft drink. They gave me a cup but made me wait until all the orders were out and stood there in the kitchen stacking supplies and laughing about personal business while I waited for the biscuits. I said cant you throw two biscuits in a bag and give them to me? The male Hispanic (was doing the cooking while I waited) came up to the counter and said very rudely "thats what I was doing."

I love wingstop but hate all the locations in Oakland/Emeryville. I always call ahead or order online yet my order has NEVER once been ready when I got there!!! Not ever. No matter how long I wait. They need to just be honest and tell people that they dont accept phone or phone orders. Wings tops in other cities and stars are all better theses four locations.

Probably the lowest quality Wingstop Ive ever been to. Theres always someone begging at the entrance. The soda machine is always out of half the flavors. Go to the Mexican place around the corner. If you really want wings just get them plain and toss them in Franks yourself.

The wings here are way too salty! It tasted like I bit into a spoonful of salt! Ive been to other locations and they were good not like the lemon pepper & mild wings I got here, the potato salad tasted fishy for some reason! So gross.

They dont even deserve one star this wingstop bathroom is disgusting it smelled like a sewer. When i told them about it they didnt do or say anything about it. Another thing they didnt have hair nets on and was very slow.

MMMMMM! Wings..... Lemon Pepper Wings is the best one here. Try their french fries and the bread!!! OH SO GOOD! Can never go wrong. If youre gonna have a party at youre house then order here for finger licking good food.

The space is a bit small and the food takes longer to come out than I would like. But if youre looking for delicious, cheap wings thats what youll get! I recommend the lemon pepper and the garlic parm

Pretty good Wing Stop if a little cramped. I suggest always, always, ALWAYS calling ahead or using their website to make orders in advance or the wait will be LONG because orders are made-to-order.

I usually love wingstop but the one in Emeryville isnt too good. Their wings are super small compared to the other ones Ive been to in the past. And their customer service isnt that good either.

Have had it on multiple occasion.. Slow service but my order is usually pretty tasty .. Mango habanero and parmcheese with ranch are the go too.. The fries are probably the best part tho.
