Owner of 600 Degree Pizza never did refund our card as was offered and promised. From other customers, their lack of customer care and business practices havent improved. This review is forwarded from our experience with the business at its previous location. Ordered a pizza, garlic knots, and four cans of pop. Wife was telling the woman the hotel we were staying at, she cut her off, said she knows where we are, said itd be an hour. Over an hour and a half later the driver calls, says he cant find us, hes at the Days Inn. We found out there are three Days Inns in their neighborhood, he had been wandering around another one trying to find us. Wife gives him the street address so he can find our Days Inn. We waited, and waited. Its three miles between the hotels. He calls again a healthy half hour later asking where are we. Says hes found the Holiday Inn and he cant find our room. I called the restaurant it rang and rang, someone picked up, and hung up. I called again, it rang and rang, the woman finally answered. Told her I was just calling with a concern about her delivery guy. She starts spewing excuses. I told her the story. She called back later, said she had refunded us for the knots and pop, said she was worried about a bad review. No refund was made to us, and frankly, I wasnt happy with the pizza, it just wasnt good pizza.

Where to begin, ok the restaurant is a very clean establishment and pleasing music during your wait! After entering the store and approaching the cashier and patiently waiting (no greeting or welcome to 600 Degrees, Nothing) So I said um let me get 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. The young lady asked here or togo and I said I need it to go have to get back to work. I handed her my CC and she charged and and slide it back to me on the counter (I literally hate that, nothing more disrespectful) but anyway i shook it off. After waiting a few minutes she returned with my pizza on two paper plates, she said oh thats right and went back around the corner. I thought she was going to put my pizza in a box, however she returned with my pizza in those same paper plates inside a paper bag sideways. OK REALLY. But i was running a bit late so i had to leave. Got to work and took my pizza out to eat and of course the bottom slice was stuck to the bottom of the top slice so most of my cheese and pepperoni was pulled off. Needless to say i doubt i will be returning. Oh the pizza was actually not bad. But customer service goes a long way (greet the customer, make eye contact, place items back in their hand if they place it in your hand, apologize and make the problem right, and a BOX would have been really nice!

The calzones are HUGE and taste amazing. I also enjoy the friendly counter service. The food is cooked fresh to order and worth the wait. Their salads are fresh too. They serve beer also! You cant ask for anything better in the area. Ill definitely be back. They also now deliver! UPDATE: I had a Philly melt, and asked them to toast the bread in their pizza oven to a golden brown and it was excellent! I work in the area and its a great lunch spot. Calling ahead is recommended if you are short on time.

My experience my 2 times eating there was amazing the pizza was delicious, BUT today I tried to get my pizza delivered instead of going down there and it was the WORST a women named Diamond she kept telling me to call back then she took forever to take the order and it took 1 hour to get here and I stay less than 3 mins away from 600 Degrees. It was cold the crust wasnt all the way done the pineapples didnt taste right and it was just nasty all together. I WILL NEVER GET A DELIVERY PIZZA AT 600 DEGREES AGAIN

Im hoping the pizza, calzones, et al. are better than the wings! Im not going to swear the place off, but I will NEVER order wings from them again. The wings are HORRID! I cant put my finger on it, but they must be baked rather than deep fried. I ordered some lemon pepper ones and they were terrible to me. I will give every place at least two chances, so I will try the pizza or something else next time. Just no wings for me. REVISION 11/7/16 - other food choices are much better. Went from 1 star to 3.

I have been here 3 times tonight makes the last time. The first time slice pizza was great. There was a lady there who inspected all the food going out. The last 2 times it was just the 2 young men and the good was not the same. The wings are now dry and burnt and the slices are gummy not crispy with the butter garlic brush... Really wanted to support. Inconsistent in service. Pizza box fist visit now we get on a plate in a bag to go..plate does not keep pizza warm.

My husband placed an order for delivery at 2:24pm. They called at 4:00pm, and hour and a half after our order was placed, to tell us that their driver never showed up so they couldnt bring us our order. Positively unacceptable. No offer for a free meal later, no offer to make it up or explanation as to why they waited an hour and a half, longer than it was supposed to take to deliver, to even tell us that there was an issue. I am sincerely disappointed.

The service was terrible. My food took way too long, im a cook and i know wings take the longest but they came out before my philly. Then when i asked about my food the girl cooking in the back was rude. I wont eat there again. After calling and speaking with the owner she made excuses for the service and she spoke over me and started to talk over me while I was talking very rude and unprofessional service

I wanted to order a Philly cheese steak but the restaurant ran out of everything! Two customers walked right out before I ordered because of terrible customer service. I then proceeded to order a white sauce pizza with spinach and the pizza only had maybe 3 chunks of chicken on it. I even have pictures to show it. I will never order from this place again!

This was the worst customer I ever received!! After their internet went down and they would only take cash, the owner had to scrape the change out of her purse. When the order took 45 minutes to cook we asked for a refund and was denied. The cook then told us to "get to stepping!" I will never patronize them again and neither should you!!

Very clean, friendly Employees, and they have fast service!!!!!! The food is fabulous, fresh, and always hot!!!!! I love it!!!! I would most definitely recommend this to a friend!!!?

Customer service was not the best, placing the order was not great as the guy kept coming out asking what I wanted etc. Food was okay... Not much to say about it
