slow...$5 dollar fill-up cost $5.99 waited 20 minutes....drive thru guy rang me and other up, never started our orders. the girl cashier went to bathroom came back and asked if we ordered, guy was walking around doing nothing. she got my order and was apologetic. heard her ask him why he didnt do the orders, he said I thought you were doing it,

I love fried chicken, and their hot wings are so yummy. I always get the 8 piece hot wings with potatoes wedges and a biscuit with butter. The service isnt to good to me, their are rude at times and move really slow with the orders. Need to find another KFC to go to.

Walking in this KFC location, I get nervous. Arm security guard posted looking nervous himself. I order and bring it elsewhere. Employees here are just alright doing enough to get by. Behind KFC is a lot for AC Transit buses. Endless buses pulling in/out of lot.

Its KFC, and they do a good job on the food. However, I regularly have to return my order when I ask for white meat and am given dark instead. Or the reverse when my wife asks for dark and gets white.

I would give the service 0 if thats an option! Rude and messed up my order. I tried the chicken when I arrived home and it was very dry. I would be ashamed to give it a homeless. So disappointed.
