Food is good. Fresh chicken, good beans and rice, and some good salsa make for a solid burrito. I go there often. Unfortunately, as happens often on these sites, we come to complain. And unfortunately, I must complain as a warning to others. Ill get to the beef...er, chicken of it. I was waiting for my order, and I saw the server take out a new batch of flour tortillas. I saw the top one she peeled off got a hole in it. I didnt pay much attention. When I got my burrito and started eating it at school, it was the one with the hole in it! That means, it fell apart. Badly. I am dressed up, so I cant deal with it without a plate and fork. I dont want it to get all over me. OK, no problem, I"ll just tell them about it. Right? Well, they didnt want to take responsibility for it. They wanted a receipt - as in, the one that was full of chicken, beans and sour cream from the burrito I had to throw away. Sorry, I didnt save it. And although the cashier sees me order at least twice a week, they wouldnt use that to verify that Im a regular customer ordering the same damn thing every time. This type of customer service is horrible for your higher-end clientele. If you want us to come from the school and offices to buy your product, you have to give better service. Now, I dont trust them anymore. Ive got other options, like Subway, Togos, Pho #1, or even the taco truck; I know they wont rip me off. 3 stars for respectable food. Minus 2 stars for this act of lousy service. Shame on you. This is bad business.

Este pollo aparenta ser bueno "claro"por que no hay otra rostizeria aqui en vallejo....cualquiera que no conoce de pollo rostizado se enleva por el savor..y de atención al cliente malisimo....necesitan un buen manager para que cuando pases por la ventanilla no dures 40 minutos esperando : (...gracias a la espera 4 carros se dieron a la fuga..osea ojo estan perdiendo clientes por guevones...lo peor de todo es que esta puerquizimoooo la vitrina donde preparan los tacos. We came in to get 8 pc Dark meat chicken to go. I requested to get more thigh vs legs but manager declined my request. The price is quite high compared to some deals I could get from bigger food chain (Church, Popeyes) such as 9 pc for $10. I was charged $11.99 for 8 pcs. The chicken marinade is ok, quite tasty but could be borderline salty for someone. The meat was getting dry, it felt like it was over cooked.

Tacos used to be cheaper and they ripped me off twice by not putting on the sour cream i paid for on 15 tacos each time and they refuse to fix the situation when you return back on your next visit as if you are trying to screw them out what they paid .30 cents for but charged me .25 x 15= $3.75 for. I used to love this place not so much anymore.

Prices keep getting higher and higher. Remember when I was a kid tacos coated less than a dollar now their two dollars. Thats insane. Feel like since their more well known know they jacked up their prices and got more stingy. Food is still overall good.

The food is great but sometimes they cheat you out of an extra piece. Sometimes i order a three piece meal and they consider a gimp chicken arm (with next to nothing on it) the third piece. There is always a wait here too.

The tacos were good and priced right several years ago. now theyre $1.39 and theyre very small. The Taco salads were amazing, now theyre horrible. what happened to this place? new owner? Almost as bad as Baldos

Cant beat the prices and the chicken is absolutely delicious! And the tacos are just on point, especially when you want something quick and on the go. Having a late night drive through is a plus too!

Bought a super burrito with everything it was sloppy made it fell apart it was too soupy with sour cream it had real fine chopped chicken so they wouldnt have to give you a lot I was very displeased!

Love this place. Its my go to...Cant ever decide tacos or chicken special so I get both. Love the garlic bread, chips and strawberry delight cake. Makes me smile at the end of a long day!
