This place is not the same it use to be. The burritos I usually get literally had no flavors whatsoever. I always get the spicy Chipotle avocado and I let them know to make it spicy. Been here twice and both times i was very very disappointed. I bought six burritos, and three never ate el pollo loco before, man were they upset. I wont be going back for the third time unless, however they bring the original flavors back. I will not recommend this place anymore.

First visit to this establishment. We ordered the 8 piece chicken. We didnt get 8 pieces. The chicken was old and very dry. Extremely disappointed as wed heard the chicken was really good. We could have gone to Wal-Mart and bought a whole roasted chicken for $10 less, and it would have been fresh. We will never return to this establishment.

This place has great service, but they are kinda skimp on the food. . :/ and thats an under-statement. .This is the only El Pollo Loco Ive been to that shorts food amd whos salsa is notjing but mushy tomatoes! EGH!! :P Never again. .And Im not a picky eater, but if im gonna pay for it. . . :/

Fast service, always friendly and patient and a couple of times Ive gotten there late and theyve began shutting grills down and couldnt fill my order but went out of their way to accommodate me and gave me a really good deal, always real good food so Im a fan of our Vacaville el pollo loco.

Got food poisoning twice from this location, food was nasty and over priced. Ate there 2 times over a month period and got violently sick from here each time. I dont recommend unless its your type of food. Go to Panda next door instead
