This morning, 4-18-2017, the service lady did not service very well. Some customers ordered one item Tuesday special. She gave them a plastic bag with napkins. For me, she gave me a paper bag without napkins. I came back to ask for napkins with cashier. Later I returned back to the store. I told her about it. She did not say anything to me, Just looked at me. Please be training service manner before you hire them.

Im giving 2 stars because I havent eaten there so to be fare, Ill give 2. HOWEVER!!!!! The website says you were closing at 11, my husband I took a chance & you lied. Therefore that is $3 worth of gas wasted. Now I have to be on my way to the one in the 60s.

Line hanging out the door may scare some folks away but the small interior makes for a deceptive appearance of a long wait. Line generally moves fast, food comes out quick and they have always gotten my order right so far.

This continues the trend I have noticed of chain fast food being worse in the SF than it is Austin, Texas. May be that there are so many quality eating establishments in SF that fast food just does not bother to compete?

Located inside City Center *Oakland Ca*. Good food. Long line especially on Tuesdays. The employees try to be quick with service. This place is walk in only, no tables. There are places to sit outside.

Always fresh hot chicken unlike the one on Broadway in Oakland that tastes like they fry their chicken in old grease. Still chicken dinner is pricey like KFC. churchs is a better value price wise.

Everyone comes here for their Tuesday special. I think its two pieces of dark meat for $2.49. Theyre very quick here but since the line is long, it still takes time.
