Things made me rate this place ZERO star: 1. I ordered online and got my confirmation email but when I got there they said they didnt receive my order. 2. After I showed the cashier the email, she still insisted that there was no record of my order in their system. Its okay the system might have some problem then and it was not your fault, but that didnt mean you should act like it was none of your business. Not to mention hoe she checked my phone using her unwashed and greasy hands and left my phone screen with full of cooking oil. Whats funny was that later another customer walked in and told them they gave him the wrong order and he didnt found that out until he got home. So turned out they messed up our orders by giving him mine and it was THEIR FAULT. 3. I was told it would be a 10 min wait if I decided to re-order, but eventually waited for another 15 min. I mean 5 min was really nothing to me, but breaking your promise twice? I dont know. 4. The food. I ordered garlic parmesan wings, but there was barely any parmesan cheese on the wings, and they tasted nothing different than plain wings. I guessed cooking oil was the new flavor? Based on my experience with wing stop, the food was way below average. Seriously I didnt have much expectation for wing stop, but how they still managed to mess things up not even in busy hours was just unbelievable. So avoid this place at any cost. Even if you really feel like some wing stop, go for other stores until they could hire someone reliable here.

Service is quite slow. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your order. They mess up the order about 1 in 10 times. Ordering online is hit or miss. Sometimes its ready and sometimes they dont even start cooking it until you walk in and pay for it, so whats the point? Apart from that, tasty wings and awesome fries.

took 20 minutes to make 10 wings. There is water on the floor from what Im assuming are holes in the roof. I changed 5 of my wings to another flavor right after I ordered and was standing right at the register and the cashier had to ask me 20 minutes later what flavor I had changed. Terrible.

I didnt order food for myself at that store, but I did order for someone and it smells good. Their customer service is good. They seem good. And it was really cheap. I was disappointed because they were taking so long to cook it, they need to hire more people.

Have eaten here several times, its always good. Staff is courteous, my order is always correct, hot and ready when I get there (I order by internet) and I have yet to be disappointed by the quality of the food. Not gourmet by any means, but always satisfying.

Fries are always good. Have had some old dried out chicken experiences on a couple of occasions. So I dont eat the chicken anymore.
