I have worked in the restaurant business for over 5 years. I serve at the busiest restaurant in the state so I know what goes into taking great care of my guests. I stopped in with my stepmom and 2 year old son for lunch. The restaurant wasnt busy. I wasnt greeted at the door right away and had to stand there because the sign said please wait to be seated. I stood there until someone from across the restaurant told me to sit wherever I wanted. So Im not sure why the sign was out. It took fifteen minutes to get the knuckles. We placed our order at 12:45. We ordered one meatball sub, one kids baked ziti, and one slice of pepperoni pizza. After waiting thirty minutes the sub and ziti came out. I was told my pizza would be "right out." I waited an additional 15 minutes before finding the server and telling her to cancel my order because I found it ridiculous that I had to wait 45 minutes to get a slice of pizza. A gentlemen came over to the table to speak with us, we asked him if he was the owner. He responded by saying he was "the most mature person there." I didnt find that amusing. He offered to take the pizza off of the check and give it to me to go. He said it would be out in thirty seconds. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the pizza to finally arrive at the table. It was ridiculous to wait 30 minutes for a sub and kids pasta, and even more ridiculous to wait an hour for a SLICE OF PIZZA FROM A PIZZA RESTAURANT!!! The entire check should have been comped. The service was the worst I have ever experienced and the "management" did a poor job of rectifying the situation. Had there been more of an effort to make things right, I may have let this go. Hopefully others experience their insincerity and do not return so that they may go out of business.

We called to have a pizza and some of their delicious knuckles delivered tonight. This place came highly recommended, and the food was as good as expected. The problem however, was that we only got half of our food. I noticed this after having a long conversation with the delivery driver about how busy he is and, while I felt bad, I called and was met with the most apathetic, rude worker I have ever encountered as a customer. I told her that we didnt get her food and I was met with a lazy, "Okay," followed by several seconds of silence. She didnt say sorry or anything, but she offered to send the rest of our order. I said thank you and she said nothing back. The food never came. I called before closing to talk to the manager about the situation, and they screened my call. I know they have caller ID because they knew my number the first time I called. I am appalled that a family owned restaurant like this thinks that this is the way to treat a customer. I loved the food, but I am so offended that I wont be able to eat here again.

Arrived around 7pm on a Saturday night for dinner. The place was very busy and we were left standing at the door for about 10 minutes waiting for a table. They dont seem very organized for when the place is a jumpin. The server came to the table and took our drink order. Since this is our first time we get an order of knuckles for free. You can do half & half on all their pizzas which is great since my partner and I like different things on our pizza. The drinks and knuckles came out pretty fast. And I must say that the knuckles are AMAZING. Im sure I shall dream of them tonight. It was about a 25-30 min wait for our pizza but that is expected. Our server even swung by twice to check on us and bring us refills. We did half Broadway and half Canal St and it was delicious. It was perfectly cooked and the crust was delicious. Even though we only got 4 slices each, I am stuffed. I think I found my new favorite pizza place!!!

First time ever going there. They offered a free sample of knuckles. Which was awesome btw. Not expecting that. Fast service. Very friendly. Extremely tasty pizza. Biggest issue is that I paid by card and signed. Stupid me didnt fill out a tip and total on the receipt. Total was $7.40. They had a tip jar but I dont carry cash. Wasnt sure if a tip was expected since it wasnt a sit down meal or anything. Anyway i looked at my bank statement and see they had taken out $10 instead of the $7.40 I was originally charged! All I got was one slice of pizza and a drink! Thats fine. Take a tip, but ethically/morally dont forge someones receipt and think its ok. Its fraud. Totally upset because who else/how many others have they done this to without the customer knowing. First time ever going there and now not sure if I will ever go again.

One of my new favorite pizza places! We got regular breadsticks (4) and a 20" 34th Street pizza. The breadsticks are huge and I was already full by the time the pizza got to the table which was only about 15 min later on a Sunday evening. The pizza was also massive and would be perfect for 4 ppl or a few more maybe (8 slices) (Id recommend the 16" for two people haha). The pizza had a lovely mix of ricotta, mozzarella, garlic cloves, and lightly charred basil leaves on a garlic butter crust. The ricotta cheese was heavenly and I loved the overall taste. We also got a side of marinara to add to a slice or two to help off-set the cheese flavors a bit (original pie doesnt have a red-sauce base). Service was prompt and friendly as well. Portions are excellent for the price and you definitely wont leave hungry!

I am looking for a local pizza place that delivers during the day. After reading the many reviews that say that the customer service sucks, I decided i would give it a try. I looked through the menu at the way overpriced pies and picked my poison. I then called to get my pie. I asked about delivery and the guy asked if i am in a business or home. i said home and he told me that while they will deliver during the day to business, they WILL NOT DELIVER TO HOME CUSTOMERS DURING THE DAY! What, i am not valuable to you as a customer because I am home????? I recommend Jockamo Pizza instead. These reviews were right, this place has crappy service.

I had my first experience at Brozinnis on 9/23/14. Our service was great. Since it was my first time there, they brought out complimentary garlic knots to try. They were delicious, and their marketing worked-I will definitely get them again. I had a garden salad and it was a HUGE portion, at a great price! This is a great place to go for good food, good service, and a good price. The only complaint I had was our pizza (34th street I believe, the white pizza) had too much ricotta on it, but I scraped the excess off and enjoyed everything else about it! The dough is excellent. Cant wait to try other items on the menu.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, wings and cheese bread. The 1st large pizza had plastic wrap accidentally baked into the pizza. The 2nd large pizza was their version of supreme and was undercooked.. The owner took off the price of the 1st pizza because of the plastic wrap...the waitress told us not to worry about the plastic because it was "clean"...and never offered to remake the pizza...they still expected us to eat it. The owner never came out to talk with us even though he was there and knew we had a problem with our food. So dissappointed that it still cost us $60.00 and we walked away hungry...Will NEVER go back.
