Worst experience ever.. cold food! Wrong orders!! Horrible service.. its like the grls are havin the worst day of their and take it out on customers.. i let them know they messed up on my order (nice and polite) and they all gather up to talk , look at u with the meanest face they have. Then they tell u that they werent wrong.. that i just ordered the wrong item! Happened more than once.. im soo not goin there no more!!

Wow first time Ive ever been greeted like at a lack in the box. The employee actually opened the door for us and greeted us. Then everyone there was friendly. Food was good and was still hot when got it. This place truly deserves the 5 stars considering that I been to sit down restaurants with worse service.

Worst experience EVER!!! THESE MORONS IN THE DRIVE THRU CANT TAKE AN ORDER.1ST THEY FORGET MY COOKIES. SO I GO BACK TO GET THEM. THEN WHEN I GOT HOME TO ENJOY MY LUNCH THEY FORGOT MY TACOS. The food selection in this restaurant is awesome and they taste really good, unfortunately Ive become food poisoned 2 or 3 times by eating the Teriyaki chicken Bowl, and I believe the rice is responsible for it, Otherwise the everything else has been safe.

I order some tacos last time only 6 and they took like 15 minutes to give me the order plus they had to ask me what is your order number it should have been ready maximum 5 min and it wasnt even busy.

Not crowded the times Ive been there. Both at the drive thru and at the counter. Friendly staff and the food is good. They should have named this place " Jack in the Boxs In and Out."
