My wife and I recently moved to the area and were excited to live so close to a BWW. Might sound silly, but sometimes we like to kick back and enjoy a fun, casual dinner out. The crew at the BWW in West Allis, WI treated us very well and we expected the same experience here. My wife and I arrived at around 19:40 on 12/26. We were pleased to see several empty tables in the main dining room and bar area. We entered and were asked for our name. After a few minutes, I asked how long it would be, citing how many clean, empty tables there were. The hostess very unprofessionally said "As soon as the kitchen catches up". She said she couldnt seat us until then. Especially considering my quite pregnant wife at my side, she could have at least let us sit, knowing it might be a wait for a server. She and another lady were seemingly having a great time carrying on a conversation at the front desk, completely ignoring us. I finally asked if we could just sit at a vacant table, to which she snapped that there are other people waiting. When we walked in, there was one other person standing there. I saw our name was first on her clipboard. I just shook my head and decided to leave. Given the excellent service at our previous BWW, I choose to believe maybe this lady was having a bad day. I will give it another try sometime and hope that is the case.

Most of the time, the service at this location is wonderful and the food is good - however we went in at 11:45pm because online it says they close at 1am. However when we walked in to be seated, the host said "we close in 15 minutes, just so you know." I noted that it says 1am online and his response was, "Well thats Google." I thought that was a strange way to respond, however I totally wouldnt try to eat at a place that closes in 15 minutes as Ive worked in the restaurant buisness as well, so we left. Not sure if they close at midnight or 1, so if there could be clarification on the site so theres no further miscommunications, that would be great for other customers.

I was having a perfectly fine time at this restaurant, I was about to pay my bill and leave when the manager approached my table and informed me that it was corporate policy not to allow me to use my e-cig in their establishment. I dont know the reason for this policy but I assume that that was that they dont want to encourage children to start using e-vapor. However this place has no problem allowing kids to sit in the bar area where they are seeing examples of adults drinking to excess and then get in their cars to drive home. Hypocrites have no place in my life and I wont being going back to Buffalo Wild Wings ever again.

The work ethic of the staff in general is poor. They are incredibly slow in every aspect. The booth our group sat at had a huge rip in the seat. When they opened originally they were conscious of the service. Now that they are established the management clearly takes the business for granted. The training of the staff is clearly reflective of poor management. I asked the server how the food was coming and was told they are backed up...... Really on a Wednesday night? They are understaffed in a big way

Food is usually good, lunch isnt all that busy. Food came out, timely and to order; however, just like the drinks, if was placed in the center of the table of four as if to say "figure it out." Last, the bill was payed and we decided to finish our conversation inside with our drinks. Next thing you know, the waitress is clearing our to-go boxes,plates and cups. Then starts wiping the table down, which clearly had not happened before we were seated. Well go somewhere else next time.

We just called three times in an effort to place an order for pick up. Each time we were put on hold for an extended period of time. After a few minutes we hung up and tried again...sometimes you can forget you have a call waiting if you are busy...each time we were put on hold and no one ever picked up again. We will be ordering from the North Plainfield store from now on. They answered quickly, took our order politely and made driving the extra few minutes worth the effort.

Food has always been good, but the service is historically miserable. Calling an order in for pickup is always a crapshoot because the order taker cant hear over all the noise in the restaurant. I lost count the number of times they have messed up even the easiest of orders. Parking is a joke. There just isnt enough of it. And it seems every time I go there there is a new GMs name on the door. Curious.

My food was cold, they had no silverwear to provide us with, after asking 3 times I never got my ranch for my wings and everyone food looked like it sat in the back for 35 minutes (super dry) I also ordered fries with a side of cheese and they put a square slice of cheese in my fry and warmed it up it was disgusting. It was so dry the cheese felt like paper. But seriously who does that

Dont let the other negative reviews get to you, Ill rate it 5 stars. I dont look at it as a 5 star restaurant. I look at it as a great place to get great food in a great atmosphere with great hospitality. On the down side, its always busy, so you do have to wait a little bit to be seated. Ive been to Bdubs in Shorewood many times and never had a bad experience yet!

The service is garbage and has been bad for some time... We sat at our table for a long time before a waiter came to greet us. After giving him our drink order (water and an iced tea, we had to flag down another waitressto get our drinks.. we will be going to a different location from now on!

Appetizers came late so did the food I ordered. To top it off i ordered the bbq turkey burger but came with no bbq sauce. Got given the check without being asked if we wanted desert. Lastly got given boxes with no bag , i had to ask for one while walking out the door.

My boyfriend loves the wings, and as a vegetarian there is even food options for me! We arent exactly "sports people" so we always go on off hours when there isnt a game going on and its not exceptionally loud or too crowded. We always have a good time.

Good service. Fried Pickles are a hit with the kids. Tasty chicken strips, and fries. Child menu has a large amount of food only $5.00. Only thing we didnt care for was the hamburger. Not like a fresh made patty Doesnt taste to good. Kind of rubbery.

Normally a great place to watch the UFC fights, last night the fights were great, the food was ok, and the service was terrible. 20+ minutes between waitress visits and seeing all the staff grouped up in corners of the restaurant doing nothing.
