Love this diner.....its close to us and they deliver super quick! Ive had so much from there and have never been disappointed. Their soups are some of the best Ive had (although I wish they would make bisque and greek lemon chicken), Ive had almost all of their burgers and Paninis, their apps are delish (especially the loaded Mac and cheese app), pastas are flavorful and perfectly cooked, and their Benedicts are amazing (especially the Cuban and the steak). The chipotle club and city melt are our favorite sandwiches. Service is very friendly too. We order delivery or go there at least twice a month. One star off for prices (but I know they use quality ingredients). PS: get the chips and salsa. Their salsa is one of the freshest and tastiest Ive had and I have been to a lot of authentic Mexican places.

Tenafly Diner is one of the better diners in the area. I usually come for the breakfast. The pancakes and anything with eggs are really good. Ive taken my family here, and every one of them loved their meal. Im giving it only 3 stars, though, because the food is not always fresh. Ive tasted freezer burn on an order of French toast, and, yesterday, I received a wilted pickle with my Napa burger. Also, my onion ring did not have a fleshy onion layer in it, but it had the outer membrane layer which was tough and I wasnt able to chew. I had to pull the onion out and throw it away, and eat the breading of the onion ring by itself.

Wow waited 1hr 45min after they had went and delivered the food to my job which is 10minutes away and said he was on his way to my apt...30minutes after that they have the nerve to want me to meet them downstairs of my apartment building because he doesnt want to park.(I refused) $60 later, the food was soggy nasty and cold!! GTFO was a loyal customer and I will never order from them again!!! If I could of gave it no stars I definetely wouldve.

Regular diner. It has not any point to go there. If you order breakfast sandwich, it comes with cold roll or bagel not even toasted. I dont have to mention that it should toasted. Its a breakfast. Many times same thing. Also waitress are under average. Sucks. Also, everytime they response to customer with copy paste answers from here. Please dont give me copy paste answers, better if you dont write anything.

I have been a long time resident of Tenafly and this diner has seen better days. The food is barely acceptable and the workers seems like they just do not want to be there and the decor and the atmosphere is just depressing. After several years of avoiding the place, I just went back today for brunch because of the proximity and came out disappointed again. I would not recommend.

I grew up going to the original Tenafly Diner which was built upon to become the diner it is today. Famous then for serving its burgers on english muffins, todays menu is expanded. Vegetarians will enjoy a large list of tasty side orders. As well, they have gluten free options. Owned by the same owners as the Northvale diner, Tenefly has the same menu.

Like any diner, it was a great atmosphere. Always support your local diners. The food here was good, but I felt like you had to shes more cash to get a great breakfast. Ive had bigger breakfasts at other diners and didnt have to spend a lot. Other than I wish they had fresh squeeze orange juice, it was a good place to eat.

The food was very good. Solid 8/10. However, the service very subpar. Servers were confused and didnt know which one was serving our table. Wait for food was unacceptably long. We had to ask for menus, water, and check by raising our hands and waiting for the server to notice.

We visited the diner for breakfast. The food was okay and we left a five dollar tip. A few days later after receiving our credit card bill we discovered that a six dollar unauthorized tip had been added to the original charges. Will not go back there again.

BEST WINGS IVE EVER HAD!!! Breaded and fried with just the right amount heat with an ice cold Yuengling. I was traveling from Florida and wish we had some place like this back home. Great service and food. Highly recommend it. Especially the wings.

From a diner perspective, Tenafly Classic is top notch. Old school diner look with fantastic service and great food. Ive even ordered take out from here. Definitely recommend the bandito burrito for breakfast and any burger is fantastic for lunch.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Food is bad, chicken very dry, order came out wrong. When I paid and sad I was unhappy with my meal, I was told that maybe I should not come back, which I responded I wont.
