Ate most of my salad and found a dead fly buried at the bottom. Panera needs to review their quality assurance protocols. Heres some quick info on what was in my salad: "House flies are recognized as carriers of easily communicable diseases. Flies collect pathogens on their legs and mouths when females lay eggs on decomposing organic matter such as feces, garbage and animal corpses. Diseases carried by house flies include typhoid, cholera and dysentery. Other diseases carried by house flies include salmonella, anthrax and tuberculosis. House flies have also been known to transmit the eggs of parasitic worms." - Orkin

Seriously?? I ordered a turkey sandwich with French onion bread bowl. They call my name, the girl pushed my bag to me, and I get back to work for my brief lunch break. I open up my back, it has a turkey sandwich, a all-veggie sandwich, and a salad with no dressing. Obviously, not what I ordered, and I am out $12.38 and a horrible lunch. God how I wish I had not made the mistake to choose this place... the regret, it burns!

Great coffee. Good bagels. Nice staff. Free WiFi. I took a star away because Panera added a "would you like to tip your barista?" to the check out process and your cashier verbally points it out to you. How incredibly awkward. Theyre not waiters making $3/hour and theyre not panhandlers on the street. Im not tipping. Hey Panera, get rid of that. Its crass, tacky and not socially appropriate. Thanks.

"Rapid pick-up", this place lives in a different time dimension. They are never able to have the rapid pick up order in promised time and almost always I had to wait in a line to find out whats going on. Usually the order is ready but left abandoned in the back of the kitchen. And so many times they made mistakes, especially they have had hard time with figuring out soups!

The food smelled and tasted deliciously fresh. There were some oddities in this location, such as a woman with a shopping cart containing a dog, but at the same time, I thought it was admirable that the Panera staff allowed all of the customers to enjoy the warmth regardless of what they looked like.

Ordered french onion soup asked them light onions or even none Cuz my jaw was broken and had to sip through a straw and got a soup full of onions my bread was just threw in the bag awful experience closer u get to detroit service gets awful like the one on gratiot better

This is the worst Panera Ive been to in this area. Poor parking, flies everywhere, and when asked about annoying noises from the equipment, the management just said "you get used to it." Fail. At least the food was decent, but didnt seem as good as other locations.

Great food, personnel are always very nice and helpful. Local meeting spot for the business crowd and school moms in the morning and then the teens gather in the late afternoon. Just announced extended hours. Open until 10:00 pm

Staff is always courteous. I have been a patron for almost a year & havent had a bad food experience. I pass up Einstein & Brueggers bagels to eat at Panera & Im more than happy to continue doing so.

This location does not offer pick up catering. I would have had to drive to the RenCen location to pick up a large salad for a cook out. What the heck?! I used a local salad place on Mack Ave.

Out of all the 100 bread places in the village, panera is the best. Fresh bread and pastries all day long. Their soups are fantastic. You cant go wrong ordering anything off of their menu.
