@SweetButterKitchen I cant even begin to tell you how disgusted I am. Ive come there 3 times and each time has been an interesting experience. How sad is it when the food is soooo good but the customer service is just D-. The first time I went my bill was $35.00 and I tried to pay with $50.00 and they couldnt take my money because they dont take big bills, then the second time they completely forgot about our drinks and finally brought them after 35 minutes , then today!!!!!!!! I tried to order small pancakes and the waiter didnt want to "comment" in the order small pancakes less batter, so finally convinced him to do it, he went in the kitchen and high fived the chef and the waiter and laughed while making my food!!! Hmmm excuse me sir, I will not eat your food, not today!!! Run my money back please. Im so bothered!!! After all the good reviews Ive done , this is my first one thats not. @QueenPee NOT approved .

This place serves breakfast/brunch depending on your preference to come. The parking is pretty bad although we just got lucky that one time we went there because we parked right in front of the place. Looking at the menu, I was not really amaze by it because they serve what any brunch/breakfast places would serve for less money and it would still taste delish. The price for this place I think is way too much. I get the fact that youre in the Encino area but I go to Encino a lot because of their brunch places and this places has got to be one of the pricey ones I have been to. In total for the bill I paid with my girlfriend was a good $30-40. And when we got the food it wasnt that much of a wow factor. The place though has homey feel to it. I love how they decorated the places. It kind of feels like youre in a mini town in Italy.

Everybody who works here has such a good attitude and a pleasant demeanor. The food was really good too! I thought that the croque madame was a teeny bit on the soggier side, but it was good. The breakfast sandwich was to die for. I really really appreciate that everything comes in a deliciously dressed arugula side salad. I am OBSESSED with arugula right now so though it may have been too plain for my husband, I thought it was absolutely perfect and delightful.

Service with an attitude, and after 10+ minutes of cafeteria-style ordering, it took an additional 27 minutes to bring a shoe-leather BLT (you hafta be pretty incompetent to screw up bacon), and a chicken wrap. The wrap was okay, but it should have been billed as a burrito. Neither plate was not worth the price. $40 for 2 sandwiches, 2 sodas, and a small flavorless beet salad. $Ouch+ tax$ Also, bring a flyswatter, youll probably need it.

The BEST place to eat in Sherman Oaks! Chinese chicken salad compares to none you have ever had, and the portion is unbelievable! Mini hamburgers are to die for.....sometimes I just stop by and pick up whatever the chef has made for take out- and thats my dinner. I have never been disappointed, and neither has my family!! I drive far to go to this place....you should too!

Great food and interesting menu, with plenty of selections. Nice "open / enclosed" dining area. Coffee was so-so. Order-taker / cashier was very nice and friendly, but waiter just dropped off the order and never came by again to check on us. Parking is a problem. Had to utilize valet parking, even though we went during slow hours. Prices higher than expected.

The staff at the counter was brisk and efficient -- nothing to complain about. The Review Sweet Butter Kitchen restaurant was good. I ate the most satisfying burrito here and I cannot stop raving about it -- ask for a wet burrito and you will not be sorry. Thank you my friends for cooking up such an excellent burrito.

Soo glad my friend introduced me to this place! I love coming here, my favorite is the southwest wrap and fries. Everything on the menu is great though. I love the ambiance, decor and service. Enjoy coming here time after time. Usually packed on a Sunday afternoon but a very nice setting for the end of the weekend.

They need to figure out where to go customers can wait. Inside is too small/crowded/warm. Outside you are waiting for your food & dont get called. As a result, our food had been waiting & was ice cold when we got it and to think we waited awhile after they opened as to avoid the kinks.

The food wasnt that bad but the aioli sauce on feh bistro breakfast sandwich was way too overpowering, the Mias special was actually pretty good it came with two huge pancakes that tasted better than your average pancake. Ill probably try their lunch next time I come

Great place for breakfast and lunch. The outdoor seating is comfortable and the food is delicious. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so thats all Ive had here - but 6 visits in, trying a different breakfast item each time, and all were delicious!

While it can be a bit crowded, the staff are friendly and quick, and the food is so good. The grilled cheese is among the best, the fries are perfect, the chocolate chip cookies exactly what youd want them to be, and their coffee is fantastic.

Good here is amazing, but the service could really use some work. Id love to give a better review, but when I dine out, I expect the service to be better than what I would get if I went to a self-serve place and this doesnt really measure up.

Such a cute and delicious cafe to eat in studio city. The chopped kale salad is my absolute favorite salad ive ever eaten anywhere!. The only thing i would change is the fact that you have to walk in and order before you sit.

EXTREMELY over priced. Nice setting and well put together inside and out. I ordered the Sb breakfast sandwich. It was very basic and shockingly expensive for what I got. Ended up spending 50$ for myself and my girlfriend.

Rude hosts--not a smile, never heard a simple thank you. Baked goods were bland. Would have given a second try except I really disliked the service and unfriendly servers. Felt completely unwelcome here. Thumbs down.

This very quaint and cute cafe offered breakfast fare that is on par with a wonderfully prepared home meal. Their eggs, potatoes and bread - along with their coffee - was purely amazing. Well definitely be back.

Order: My favorites are the Vanilla Latte or the Cappuccino. Seriously though this place is amazing, coffee is their craft and to them the creation is an art form. friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff.

Great location. I felt like the menu was lacking though. Nothing jumped out at me. Also, standing in line to order felt wrong. I think this place would work better if the wait staff took food orders.

Fun place. Nice staff. Food was good if not a little small on quantity. Got it to go but went back in when I saw the bread pudding French toast. So little I was sure theyd forgotten half of it. Nope.
