It wouldnt have been such a bad place if their staff actually remembered anything or treated us like customers. There was a table of eight behind me that I heard complaining about their order nonstop which got me worried but I chalked it up to maybe they were just difficult customers. But then the woman and her child beside me start complaining about the same things... The couple across from me sat there for twenty minutes after getting their coffee before finally saying forget the food bring them the check. Our waitress came over and seemed flustered, fine no problem. She explained to us its crazy in there, again no problem. She takes our drink order and brings it to us only to say, darn I forgot the straws Ill be right back. We dont see her for ten minutes now and when she does come back she takes our food order but I had to remind her of the straws. Again, fine no big deal. She now however starts complaining about the table behind us, the party of eight. Im an easy person to please... But it took twenty or so minutes to even get our food from the time we got there and I must have heard the manager and the waitress make every upset and aggravated comment possible about the table behind us. Yes they seemed difficult, not my problem. Treat us like we matter. We are spending money after all. When the food got there the girl I was out with and myself began to eat and engage in conversation. Not ten or fifteen minutes go by before we have a box and the check... Followed by the manager almost glaring at us and finally she walks over and just starts picking plates off the table that still have things on them. So this location was in NO rush to take our order or to get our order right but they were in a rush to get us out? Ill never go back here. Youre just a dollar sign and theres nothing worth spending your dollars here on. The bacon with thin and flavorless, the French toast was missing the sugar that was described and looked like it had been on the skillet too long and nothing says award winning customer service like badmouthing another customer to your customer youre giving poor service to.

Well I dont normally leave reviews of places, but IHOP has warranted an exception. This is because IHOP cant quite decide whether it wants to be fast food or some strange upscale chain that wont be restrained by things like low prices or simple menu options. The prices were quit high-in the ten dollar a meal range- and the food was not fast in getting to the sit down meal. IHOP did nothing to justify this seemingly upscale system. The service was decidedly not service (the best way to get the attention of the wait staff is to send up a flare), the coffee was $ 2.50, and all the flavor in said coffee was replaced with a strange and wonderful thing we call gurm (which resembles having your mouth and insides scrubbed forcefully with a mixture of caffeine, acid, and tar). I went here with my parents, and was told of the legendary syrup carousal, which was gone, as was -apparently- all the cheap charm of the old IHOP. They didnt have real maple syrup, so I had to make do with sugar in a fancy bottle- I mean butter pecan, and blueberry, also known as cheap chewable vitamin syrup. The pancakes were a tolerable concoction that would have made the Pillsbury Doughboy boy proud. In summation, as we drive down the road eating cheese to rid our bodies of gurm, IHOP would have escaped this rant of a review if it werent for the fact pretty much every thing could have been gotten from a local diner at half the price, half the time, none of the gurm, and thrice enjoyment.

There dont seem to be many places in the area that offer breakfast which is unfortunate since youre left with iHop. iHop itself isnt bad, but this particular location leaves much to be desired. The friendliness of the staff is highly variable, it can be good and it can be horrible depending on who you get. The food is also inconsistent, sometimes being overly cooked but overall is decent. Do not drink the water though, something about it tastes beyond awful and has on multiple occasions. Just dont drink it! The restrooms are freezing cold in the winters, and the water from the sink is equally freezing cold. The restaurant itself is a bit dingy looking and could really use updating. The dishes all look well used and worn out just like the rest of the restaurant. The horrible tasting water however raises concerns about everything. Since it is used for cleaning, for preparing food, and used to make every other kind of drink... you just cant help wondering why it tastes so awful. I would go to a different location.

After calling for take out my daughter got sick at daycare and I had to rush and get her to take her to the doctors. An hour later I get a call from ihop demanding to know why I didnt make it to pick up the take out. First and foremost I understand the food was ready but after an emergency with a Doctor the last thing I need is some IHOP worker calling my phone blocked and requesting to know my information. If a client doesnt make it they just dont and believe me Im a registered nurse I couldve paid for the meal just emergencies happen and my daughter comes before take out. Also dont call me threatening me about not being able to ever order there or getting service there. Corporate will be called!

Ive been going to this IHOP for several years, and I have noticed that its food and service quality has went down. I often get uncooked pancakes here, and its really disappointing. While waiting for a table before they called our name, the person attending to us made fun of our name (the look on him was priceless though, when he saw that we were literally right in front of him). Overall, I do not go here now unless someone offers to pay for me.

The host was super friendly, helpful and personable and our waitress pulled out all the stops to make sure we had a great experience! Mind you we showed up with 18 ppl in the middle of their early morning rush hour and were seated within a half an hour and fed very quickly! This place is great and food is ALWAYS A++ Aand our waitress (who just so happened to be pregnant as well) was amazing!

During my last visit I arrived before the rest of my family I was under the impression there be five people well there was six. The person in charge made such a big deal about it and made us wait 20 minutes to order. I would have walked out as soon as the attitude started but it was a family meal with members who all live in different states.

Hmm lets see we got seated pretty quickly but we sat there for 25 mins and the people that came after us got waited on and had there meal first. The over all experience was just not good. The women was nice but we had to ask for their attention way to much by more than one person.
