I went to Nori recently for dinner and wanted to try the nigiri sushi. Much to my dismay, the nigiri sushi is all à la carte and $5 a plate. I typically eat 10 plates so I didnt really want to drop $50. A special combo plate is necessary and should be affordable to fill up on IMO. Nigiri is traditional sushi, not a side dish. So, I went with the beef bowl with tempura. The tempura was tasty. The beef was thick as is the problem with most beef bowls in America but the rice was over saturated with sauce. I like a beef bowl or any donburi where the meat is thin and seasoned enough to carry the flavor on top of a clean rice. Id be happy to return when/if a meal of nigiri is made available which is also affordable. No problem with service or atmosphere. ✌

Indeed a restaurant deserving of five stars. Immediately after walking in, I was welcomed to the sushi bar by the chef himself. A menu was quickly provided, but there was no rush to order. They even gave me recommendations when they knew what I was considering. The sushi was the best Ive had in Utah Valley, and when I was told they had only been open a month, I was shocked. The perfect atmosphere for meeting someone, be it business, friends, or a date. They also have gluten-free options for those with celiac disease. Perfect environment, great service, and fantastic sushi; this is a wonderful restaurant I will visit again.

Best Sushi in American Fork by far. The staff was lovely. Echo was our chef, and did an amazing job. We will most certainly come back. We ordered the Hamachi Jalapeño, the Small Sashimi Combo, and the Funky and Wasatch rolls. The ambience of this place is great. You can tell it was really well designed, with great lighting. Especially the custom Chandelier in the center of the restaurant. My wife and I will surely become regular customers.

Sushi has a lot to do with the quality of ingredients, and here it was stellar. The sushi didnt have the fishy taste most places this far from the sea do! Dont know how they did it, but the food is so fresh and amazing-tasting! Service was quick, food was delectable, and the prices were reasonable. Excellent choice for lunch or dinner out. Will be coming back.

The food is fantastic. My family not only loves the sushi here but their entrées are amazing. We try new rolls every time we go. But we are in love with their chicken yakisoba and their pork ramen. The kids meals are little bit on the big portion size but its perfect for leftovers later. The prices match the quality and portion sizes perfectly.

This is the best Sushi Ive had in Utah. My husband and I are very picky with sushi and this is the best we have had here in Utah! I was also amazed at how affordable it was! Great price with amazing food and Amazing service! The atmosphere is amazing as well, casual but still modern and nice enough for date night! This is our new favorite!

This was amazing quality sushi, service was fast and friendly, and they were seriously perfect! Decor was great! Theyve recently opened and I was thrilled. Koi across the street has gotten so lazy and careless with their staff and food. Im absolutely thrilled to see some quality sushi in this area!!!

Went here with my husband today because Kio across the street hasnt been very good for about a year. It was so good! Every roll we tried was really good, it cost little more than Kio but totally worth it. The service was great too. Coming back here all the time now.
