i didnt even read the comments when before i went, and when i was there i got this racist vibe.. were a hispanic family, and we sat in the back, a little after we got there it another hispanic family was put right next to us, uncomfortably close, then another behind us.. i was/a bit frustrated and thought why cant these other people sit along the sides or in the front like everyone else, and i looked around and all the other couples were at good distances from eachother.. i felt like they put all the hispanics in our corner and all the white in the front along the edges, i also noticed we that they had 3 servers and the 2 were hispanic and only helped the 3 in the back corner while the 1back white waitress helped all the other families, all of them.. never have i been out and noticed something racist and never have i thought it was intentional till then.. and my burger sucked, and i got like 20 little fries wtf

We thought we would give IHOP a try, we had not been to one in a while and not to this one in at least 10 years. The others we went to were ok... we went to this one because it was" on the way to" our next stop. Boy were we pleased. We went at about 9am we were concerned that we would have to wait. We did not at all the place was full and still we almost walked right into a seat. We were greeted at the table by a two person team not the usual server and helper model. We had four people all of us took afew minutes to order, a elderly mom the longest. The staff checked back often but we did not feel pressured. Once we ordered and we all had special orders the food came quickly and was made just the way we all ordered. The service was with a smile and fast and efficient. We will go out of our way to go to this location over other IHOPs.

I came with my friend who uses a wheelchair, They gave us a number, on which we waited for about an hour, our number (86) came and passed after they were calling numbers after ninety, I asked the General Manager how much longer to Get a table? and he told me that we have to wait for a table that I could accommodate a wheelchair( for real after one hour ) After another half hour they found us a table. Even thou the food is pretty standard to poor for an IHOP, I would advise that if you have a disabled family member or friend not come to this place since they dont seem to care for people with disabilities. And they have flies inside the restaurant which makes it kind of disgusting eating and fighting with the flies for the food that Im paying for; not counting that they keep forgetting the straws for the drinks.

The waitress we got was racist. hispanics beware! If you get a waitress that is rude because you are not caucasian make sure to complain and get another one. Bad service is not acceptable. We waited so long just to order drinks that the greeter noticed and went up to us and offered to take or order. Waitress didnt acknowledge our presence until way later. My friend ordered soup and she practically threw it at him. He had to order a new one. Then we asked the manager for better sevice and she complied.

This place always reminds me of good memories with my parents. They have wonderful traditional American Cuisine smell. I love love their Colorado omelet. I always get that when I go to I-Hop. They have good deal for kids and if you sign up for IHOP email, you get free meal on your birthday :)

Nice waiting area and an okay sized place to eat. A great mix up to the Dennys we always eat at. Love their selections of syrup, and their apps are yummy. They have great deals and promotions like their Pancake days.

The wait times can be absolutely horrendous but I love the food and the service here, which are all around great even when the restaurant is stuffed with customers. Food can take a while to arrive.
